really great experience. staff was warm and friendly, clean, nicely decorated, spacious facility. my dog got spayed and she doesn’t even seem to notice she had surgery. they tied her hair up and did everything to keep her comfortable. very happy with the service, we’ll definitely be using them for all future visits.

I had to euthanized my cat there and when they saw my daughter crying they promised her for paw prints and some of her fur. For months she looked at the post office waiting for it .i kept calling to asked them if they did. They kept saying they didnt know after the 5th time they said that they were sorry but nobody did it.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, one of the rare places that truly cares about your animal and it's well being.I highly recommend!

Thank you Ormstown Veterinary Hospital. The moment I walked in, Trudy and Stephanie made me feel welcome. They are friendly and professional. My dog saw 2 vets at the hospital but our favorite was Dr. Paquin. She is very knowledgeable and is able to share her knowledge in a friendly and non condescending manner. I really admired her ability to connect with my dog and also her ability to connect with me. My old dog had a small surgery yesterday and I was nervous about her going under anaesthetic because of her age. OVH offers a more holistic approach which I really appreciated. The fact that my dog is calm, cool and collected when we walk through the vet's doors says a lot. We are so grateful to have received such great care with Ormstown Veterinary Hospital. Thank you!

Super friendly staff.

We needed an emergency appointment for our cat and Ormstown Veterinary Hospital took us right away. Their examine rooms are clean and comfortable, and their staff was friendly, prompt, caring, and very efficient. We were seen by Dr Léger very quickly - she is very gentle and clearly loves animals. The staff also kept us informed every step of the way, and even let us know how much each procedure would cost. Very reasonable prices as well. I would highly recommend taking your animal there for a competent and compassionate experience.

I went with my daughter . she brought her dog for a shot and the dog was happy to be there, he knew he was going to get treats lol then he got a cute scarf before we left . nice clean place

A bunches of crooks won't help my dog with meds , instead to sell me dog food for 69$ 5lbs bag and the same bag of food js 72$ for 30lbs on amazon. These people don't care for animals. My dog had to be put down because of the them . A bunches over greedy people .

The greatest veterinary hospital I've ever been too. I live pretty far and I'd rather do the trip and have a great service like they give. They really take care of you and your pets. I recommend to everyone!
