Canada post representative is not good in assisting the package or providing any details , she talks very rudely not sure what’s going on with her. Please avoid this place if possible.Thanks

The employee working in this store was rude. She didn’t even have any respect for anyone. Her attitude was so bad. She did not know how to deal with customers.

The old woman with a bad attitude and a petrified face did not show any help, as if there was no one on the line

worst service . The lady who is working there is so rude, dont even try to guide people like what to do or which envelope they required. she knows nothing about customer service.A long waiting line. work could be done earlier we they try to help and give information at first time rather than behaving like customer must know everything.

Horrible service and the Asian man is rude. Idk his name but all the other staff are very nice but he’s horrible to speak with. He closes early before hours. Just keep that in mind if you have to come to this location.

Not shocked that this location has a 1 star average. One of the worst locations I have been in/ The older Asian gentleman who works the counter is extremely rude. No customer service what so ever. If you hate your job, you should probably quit.

I sent package last month to India and the delivery guy said he needs money first only then he can give the package. I sent $150 and then they took Rs 2600. Reason behind the money was taxes.

Girl working there around 11:15am this morning on June 14, 2023 was so rude for no reason. I brought a return that I needed to ship out and she wouldn’t even scan the QR code that I was told to take with me SPECIFICALLY to Canada Post . She was telling me the QR code won’t scan without even trying to scan it. When I asked her if she could at least try she flat out said no. This was also the closest post office to me and now I’ll have to find another further one.I strongly feel that this was racially motivated because she wasn’t acting like this towards the people before and after me. Will never be back and I’ll definitely also be filing a complaint with corporate.

The lady there, was so unprofessional and have no sense to deal with customers. She was talking rudely with bad attitude. Never going again there. She don’t even guide customers for parcel process. Wasting my two parcel envelope, in last she said this is incorrect and not acceptable.

I wish it had 0 star option , I probably give that. The lady working is extremely rude and she doesn't give you full information to what to do to send a parcel. I am wondering who hired her as a front desk associate while she has no clue how to do her job.
