Theresa at Best of Health has been fantastic! I was suffering from pain related to fibromyalgia so much that it was difficult to get out of bed some days. Theresa was compassionate and kind and treated my inflammation over a course of Bowen treatments. Now I go for periodic maintenance and am so much better it’s hard to believe! My pain is almost non existent and I have so much energy! Highly recommend!

My son goes for regular Bowen treatments with Theresa and facial stretching with Justina. It has increased his mobility, speed and performance as an athlete and has kept him injury free and minimal down time. It has been an excellent complement to his regular training and we both highly recommend Best of Health.

Theresa has an amazing personality. However, the therapy didn't work for me, much as I had really high hopes that it would.I had 4 sessions last September. On the 3rd session, one of the movements Theresa made around my upper right leg gave me a sharp pain. Then I got up from the session with this pain in my groin that I could not explain away. She tried to move around my tailbone to try to fix it. For a minute it felt like it went, but I limped as I got home. Hoping the 4th session would fix it, I went again, but this time the pain got worse after the session. I really thought it was one of those things that would go away, so I thought to take a break until it did and canceledmy 5th session. 5 months later, i'm still 'taking a break' as the pain has not gone away. Instead, it now keeps me awake at night, and it feels like a bad dislocation. I really wish Bowen worked for me.. I was so hopeful. Now I regret trying.

Theresa is and has been a lifesaver for me and my injuries. Theresa is patient, kind and overall amazing to deal with.

Theresa is absolutely amazing. I started seeing her for Bowen therapy almost a year ago to help with body numbness due to Multiple Sclerosis. She helped me get through the first year of living with MS, and I’ll be forever grateful for her patience, kindness, and determination to help me find relief. Bowen therapy has been an integral part to my treatment plan and has made such a difference for me.

Bowen with Theresa has changed my life. I have a very long history of migraines and also have restless leg syndrome and I was on 2 different medications for my legs. But with Bowen, I was able to get off those medications and my migraines are also gone. I highly recommend Theresa and Bowen
