Worst Eid experience ever for a per head close to $70 per head. The management was just worst I have seen for a buffet place. Go and attend at ur own expense! I am not coming here ever again!

Our organization, Alif Donations, recently had the pleasure of hosting an event for orphan sponsorship in collaboration with Islamic Relief at Mosaic Convention Centre, and I cannot praise them enough for their exceptional service and attention to detail. The event, which comfortably accommodated 600 attendees, was a resounding success in raising funds to sponsor more orphans than we initially anticipated.From the moment we began planning, the team at Mosaic Convention Centre demonstrated their generosity and commitment to our cause. They went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of the event was meticulously organized and executed flawlessly.Not only did they provide us with a stunning venue that was both spacious and elegant, but they also offered their expertise in event management. Their staff members were professional, attentive, and detail-oriented, making sure that all our needs were met throughout the planning process and during the event itself.What truly impressed us was their thoughtfulness in considering the specific needs of our attendees. Mosaic Convention Center went the extra mile by providing essential items like hijab pins and sewing kits, which proved to be immensely helpful for many of our guests. This attention to detail created a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere, ensuring everyone felt comfortable and supported.Parking was convenient and well-organized, and the location of Mosaic Convention Center was easily accessible for our attendees. Additionally, the amenities within the venue were top-notch, with clean and well-stocked restroom facilities and a variety of food and beverage options that catered to different tastes and dietary preferences.Above all, the success of our event was due, in large part, to the support and generosity of Mosaic Convention Centre. I participated in 3 events hosted at Mosaic in the last 2 months and there were all of great success. From the staff to the management team, to the venue and overall set up - everything was just perfect. Due to this, I have chosen to host an event of my own at Mosaic.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Mosaic convention center with my family on Eid ul Adha and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere.The restaurant's ambiance was cozy and inviting and tasteful decor. The seating arrangements were comfortable, allowing for an intimate dining experience. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, providing excellent service throughout the evening.The menu offered a wide variety of options, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. We started with a few appetizers, including the gol gapas which was a delightful combination of flavors. The presentation of each dish was impeccable, showcasing the chef's attention to detail.The buffet offered a range of dishes, from seafood to vegetarian options. Each dish was cooked to perfection, with fresh ingredients and well-balanced flavors.ensuring that everyone left satisfied. The highlight of the meal was the fried shrimp which was bursting with unique flavors and left us wantingWhat truly stood out about this restaurant was the level of care and attention given to every aspect of our dining experience. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. They were accommodating to our requests and made us feel like valued guests.Overall, our dinner at Mosaic was a memorable experience. The combination of delicious food, attentive service, and inviting ambiance made it a perfect choice for a family gathering. I had the pleasure to attend an event catered by Laheeb Restaurants at this venue.I can honestly say that I was so surprised how spacious the place is and how well equipped it is in terms of audio visual, full kitchen, and comfortable seatings.Laheeb Restaurant staff catered the food and comfortably served it at the venue, both hot and cold dishes, cold and hot beverages too.The band and speakers were had their part done very comfortably and had amazing reactions from the full house that attended the eventI was very surprised that this small business, compared with Ottawa big convention centres, was so big on value and located in middle of South Ottawa.The parking was descent, I had one round in parking (I was late arriving) and I parked .I recommend this place for your events. I do not know the money issues, but having chosen this place for many charity events must be because it is reasonably priced.It was a very positive experience.

They gave us good service for an Islamic seminar

I had attended an islamic lecture given Abu taymiyah here with the UOMSA and CUMSA which was well organized and set up for us. At the end of the program they had provided 1200 lunches for free for the attendees of the event. I thank the centre for their generosity and kindness!
