Great Kashmiri chai and such a delicious chole bhature! Since the chai is on the sweet side, I always order it half sweet, and you can get it with a nondairy milk. The chole bhature is a recommendation from a friend and it’s the only thing I order from here as it’s seriously delicious. I didn’t quite like the samosa so I’d skip it if you don’t care for it.Employees are always friendly and helpful. Could get busy during peak hours but take out is always an option as well.

This is just our experience. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. We went there because we were told it was a popular place, with liberal values, and was supposed to have great food and beverages. Service was mediocre. We sat in the place for an hour to see how it went. It was nothing like the ad I read. The place felt dingy. The atmosphere was dead. Id like to see the place sanitized and cleaned properly. To be fair, many places are not cleaning their dining establishments.

2019:I love their cholay bhatooray and kashmiri chai. Taste is authentic desi but prices are high...2023: Same great authentic taste of cholay bhatooray and Kashmiri chai, because they have retained their chef. Cholay bhatooray are not served on Mondays though. I would highly recommend it.

I was here the other day around 1130am and there was 17 people in line. There was only two people working so by the time I stood in line, ordered and received my Italian soda it was 40 minutes. I thought this was pretty crazy as this is a popular location and I was surprised there wasn't more staff.Also, I was pretty surprised almost everything they have is hand written. Their wifi, garbage bin instructions, Italian soda flavours, etc which makes it really hard to read because the writing isn't the best. It doesn't take much to print some stuff to make it a bit more professional.The sugar free Italian soda was fabulous and the vibe was great, that's why 4 stars!

The kashmiri Chai with pistachios and rose petals was amazing though it was a bit on the sweeter side. So the next time, I asked for half the sugar and it was perfect. Service is slow but I think it's worth the wait. Prices are a bit steep for the drinks but not bad for an occasional treat.

Remedy Cafe is a really cool place for a coffee to a full meal. It’s the real deal in coffee shops. Great ambiance and friendly service. I love chai latte and this was a good one. I also had a chocolate chip butter tart that was delicious. This visit was brief but This location on Jasper Ave is cool, it’s comfortable and someone was painting on a small easel at a table so that’s cool. I will definitely come back again and recommend this place for anyone that loves a great coffee shop. It’s clean and well lit but I’m not sure about the washroom it’s got a lot of graffiti, maybe that’s part of the ambiance, not sure but besides that it was clean.

This is an amazing Remedy location! This was my first time being to this location and it was amazing. The food and drinks were incredible and the service was quick despite it being the lunch rush. The cafe itself is very clean and well run and the staff and super friendly and helpful! While the food is more expensive ($14.95 for the butter chicken), it is well worth the cost as the portions are generous. My girlfriend wasn’t able to finish everything and they gave her extra rice to take along with her extra food which was a very nice gesture. I will most certainly be coming back!

Good atmosphere as you can see so many people working on their laptops. It gives a good feeling if you want to work on a project. Nice coffee and tea. But they are quite pricey. Do not expect samosa to be similar to what you find in a typical Indian restaurant.
