When ordering my windows for my new build I had the pleasure of working with Robert. I cannot say enough good things about the service he provided me, I felt taking care of from the start and he made sure to explain everything along the way, with the multiple changes I kept making. Would 100% recommend Pella windows and their customer service.

We had to replace an old back door in our home. From our first meeting with Meredith Richardson she was very informative and knowledgeable. She helped us pick the style of door best suited for our home. The installation was quick and professional. We went with the Coastal Blue and love it! Thanks Pella.

Not worth the money.....especially with the mediocre customer service. A typo they made in a size caused a snowball of issues for our new build. Our sales rep didnt want to take any responsibility and tried to deflect the mistake onto us. Huge waste of money time and energy. Will never use them again for any build moving forward.

We ordered new windows, patio door and front door for our home not appreciating what a big job this was but the teams sent to our home made the installation as seamless and painless as possible! I cannot praise the expertise, customer relation skills, work ethic and genuine concern shown by the teams (Dean - our sales rep, and the installers - Sergio, Andrii, Andre, Roman and Jellie) sent to our home. The teams were on time every morning, fantastic clean up, and patient with me, my husband and our dogs! Andre, who was the team leader, was ever so patient and answered all my questions, walked me through the process with a smile! They all treated my home like their own home! You hear all the horror stories out there but these guys were fantastic and I would have no hesitation on recommending PELLA to all my friends and family. A company is only as good as its employees….well done, PELLA … your guys do you proud!

Our experience with Pella was a very positive one and we highly recommend them for your home’s window/door renovation! The installation of all new windows and doors in our house was a smooth process overall, from first visiting the showroom to completing the entire project. Peter was our sales consultant and we really appreciate his prompt responses, addressing all of our questions, and ensuring that everything was in order before the project began. He, as well as the installers, were all professional and friendly! Melik, our installer, and his team worked hard, payed attention to details, and did a great job! We are very happy with the finished product!

We chose Pella to install a new front door and two large windows in our house. Our salesperson Meredith took a very holistic approach. She not only helped us choose modern styles which we would not have normally considered , but the colour and trim relates so well to the rest of the house. So happy and so looking forward completing the rest of the home this spring. Our installers Kyle and Mike were extremely professional. They kept us updated and worked in such a clean and organized manner.

We called Pella from a flyer and Dean Carvery came to see us. He was our first introduction to buying a door. He was patient, knowledgeable and really helped us understand all the great features of a Pella door. We bought a gorgeous, safe & vibrant door. We love it so much we bought new french doors from Dean. Sleek. solid, protecting us from the weather. The doors are well made. well installed. and gorgeous. We've had lots of people stop and tell us! Dean is great. He knows his product and treats his customers with excellent care. No waiting days for a reply. He's on it. Like you're his only customer. After choosing Renewal by Andersen for round 1 of upgrading our windows, I decided to give Pella a shot after speaking with Josh about their fiberglass product. I am extremely satisfied with the product, and the whole process of working with Pella's staff was painless.

Very glad we chose Pella to replace our windows and doors! Meredith was our salesperson and she did an excellent job of explaining all of our options, costs and benefits. We chose exactly what was right for our home and budget. The Pella team was fantastic! They arrived on time, did excellent work, cleaned up the site and explained the door/window systems to us.We are pleasantly surprised at how much we are saving in heating and air conditioning costs! We had an amazing experience working with Pella! We needed to replace our old back door. Living in a 100+ year old house with all sorts of previous owners' DIY projects layered on top of the next it's not always easy to predict what one will find when you start to peel back the layers. The crew were super professional and didn't leave until the job was done and looking perfect. There was one mix-up with the colour the door was painted compared to the colour of the caping. We didn't notice it until the next morning. We called Pella up, showed them a picture, and they immediately moved to fix the issue. Excellent customer service, excellent installation, and excellent product. I would highly recommend.
