Would come back again! 5 stars for 5-A Auto Detailing. Owner definitely named their shop right.[First impression] The owner was very knowledgeable, friendly and importantly - honest.He explained each services in details about what they include and what purposes they served. He also honestly answer should I get this X service for my car".Car was well cleaned inside out. I'm impressed by the hardwork and attention to details done by the very experienced and nice workers. They treated my car with full respect.-Importantly

TERRIBLE SERVICE! I called at 10:00 am first customer no answer so I drive there in person and the worker tells me he was busy.. at 10:00 am? At opening hours? Then I make an appointment with him in person for 10:00 am the next day. The next day comes I arrive 10:00 am sharp and he already had customers and forgot about our appointment! He then tells me it will take 7 HOURS! To detail my van (just inside) 7 hours is a joke for 280$. AVOID this establishment like the plague! He waisted two days of my time. Terrible service terrible customer service, terrible prices. I’ll take my business to someone who actually will honour an appointment thanks!

This is the only place I go for car washing, highly recommended. Every single staff is responsible and treat your vehicle like their own car. They offer different types of car wash and they are all in a reasonable price. Come to this place if you want your car to be as clean as when you first brought them!

They do hard work, take no short cuts. Awesome Job Guys.My wife was pregnant, and her car needed a nice interior cleaning. These guys did great job with her kia Sorento. When I brought her car back, she couldn't believe her eyes, her sorento was brand new again.I always come here and will visit again for their work ethic and customer service.

I really should write some reviews for 5A. Since I have took my cars to there for car wash and detailing over a year. They do all great job every single time. My wife is a pretty picky person and loves to keep clean place for my kids. She also happy with their service. If you love your car and want to keep car well, I think this store is the good place for your car.The reason why I choose 5A is they are from Honda, dealerships would not be taking there cars there for cleaning if they did not do an excellent job. Keep up the good work.

I’ve been to 5A a few times. I’ve also been to a few other places when I haven’t been around 5A. They’re still the best I’ve dealt with. Prices are decent for the job they do. Other places leave spots missed or just don’t get as thorough as they do. Worth taking a vehicle there.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I just have to for this. I called last night to get a quote and they were really kind and understanding on the phone and promptly gave me a quote. They asked me to come in the morning and I did and it was honestly quite easy. The whole process took about 4 hours for a full interior clean and shampoo but boy is it worth that 4hr wait. My car had been sitting for months and really needed some TLC and I thought no one could save it but when I went to go pick it up, I looked inside and it was like I was looking at a brand new car. I haven’t seen the inside of my car look this incredible since I bought it in 2011.If you are looking for a quality detail I would highly recommend this place. Your car comes out looking fresh and brand new!

This is by far the best hand wash I ever patronized in the Greater Vancouver area, and the price is so reasonable. I am particularly impressed with their excellent job in removing completely the brake dust (I use this as a measure because this is usually the most tedious part of a car wash). They clean your trunk too, so what else can you ask for.

Front staff won't help you. Partner tried to get assistance from the person working the front by walking in, waving, and saying hi. The worker looked at her and then immediately looked back at their phone and ignored her. If you need detailing, you would be better off going somewhere that actually wants to provide the service.

This place has awesome service and super nice staffs. Does a great job washing your car, very clean and details are all taken care of. Cars are like new after washed. Definitely recommend this place!!
