The Groom Room Southend-on-Sea
Took my puppy to the groom room yesterday for her first ‘puppy groom’. I was so nervous but was greeted with a friendly welcome and so reassured by the lovely young lady who scooped my puppy up in her arms and made such a fuss of her. My puppy looked beautiful when I picked her up and smelt so fresh :-). For me it was the friendliness of the lovely girl who I spoke to, she had dark hair and wore glasses, unfortunately I forgot to ask for her name! Lovely girl! Great customer service!

We always use groom room as both our dogs can be groomed together. Very good traditional breed specific cuts. Friendly staff.

Friendly staff and my dog had a nice hair cut. I have also made a walk in visit for a nail trim. I'm very confident that my dog is well looked after while she is there.

Brilliant service here. The staff are very open to adapting your appointment to suit what you need done, in cases where you chose the wrong option or want an extra service. They are great at handling and give that extra focus on an aspect most important to you, like nail clipping or styling.

The girls in The Groom Room are always amazingly friendly to you and your dog. They put love, care and attention into their work and our dogs absolutely love visiting. In fact every time we visit Pets at Home we have to head upstairs to see them. We have Kerry Blue Terriers which are an unusual breed with an unusual style and they come out each time looking fantastic.

Used the Groom Room for a welfare groom for my 2 Bichon Frise as my usual groomer is closed. They asked me loads of relevant questions so they could know as much as they possibly could about my dogs and the cut i wanted. They both looked amazing afterwards . They did exactly what i asked for. Very proffesional, friendly and helpful.
