Now you have to pay 15% gratitude if you have more than 6 people in your party. How is that acceptable on top of it? The food was so gross I felt sick before even got out of town. I will never go back to this restaurant again. It's not worth the money for 3 people to eat it cost us 87.90. Descusting. How about restaurant owners pay their staff instead of expecting customers to do so. All they have done by this is lost my business. I used to go to boston pizza and tabor all the time and in lethbridge I now refuse to go to this place.

Look, it's Boston Pizza, so you get what you get. Stopped here last night only because it was close to my errands (Wal-Mart, UFA).For those of you who are tourists, or unfamiliar, Boston Pizza is ok. At best. That's it. It's a middling franchise. Pizza is fine, but it's overpriced.I had the Smoky Mountain Spaghetti. Massive portion, but underwhelming and under sauced. Speaking of sauce, that's suppose to be Marina? Bolognese? I can't imagine how Italian Nonas would react to that. Yeesh. Caesar salad is basically from a box kit. See the pic of the bacon bit... I mean really? (my straw is pointing at it) Lol put some effort in. But... It's Boston Pizza.Service was ok. Sat at the bar, you'd think patrons would be taken care of. Bartender was quite polite, but neglected to check in as often as she should have. I asked for the Caesar salad to start" and it literally came after the entree. Lol.Can't believe I use to eat at BP's so much in my 20's. Now I'm reminded why BP's is such a rare visit for me nowadays. Next time

I ordered a meal to-go and when I arrived home with my food, I noticed that they had skipped more than half of the ingredients for my dish. What I received looked and tasted underwhelming. It was also not enough food to be a meal. The dish I ordered the Barbacoa Burrito Bowl, which is described on their menu as follows:“Slow-cooked spiced beef, fire-roasted corn and peppers, cherry tomatoes, pickled jalapeños, cheddar cheese, sour cream, and guacamole, served over a warm blend of quinoa and rice”Here’s a list of the missing ingredients:- cheddar cheese- sour cream- guacamole- quinoa- fire-roasted corn and peppers (It’s possible that this was the mystery dollop of orange in the bottom left corner of my photo. But I am not 100% sure)Here’s a list of was included:- Slow-cooked spiced beef- cherry tomatoes- pickled jalapeños- RiceThe portion of food that I was left with was hardly enough to be considered a meal.In summary, I paid $21 and in return I mostly received a conservative portion of shredded beef on a bed of rice. Very disappointing. The customer service was disappointing as well, as they weren’t even kind enough to include napkins or cutlery with my order to-go. I was staying at a hotel, so I did not have cutlery available to me. I ended up improvising by using coffee stir sticks as chop sticks.

I find Boston Pizza food to be pretty basic, their menu hasn't changed much in over 10 years and they've actually made it smaller. I was disappointed by the service, it wasn't bad and the server was very nice but it was painfully slow. It wasn't busy at all but I felt like we had a long wait to be seated, to have our order taken, and I had to ask the server to come back to take our payment. The food is pretty expensive for what you get. My hubby said the burger was very bland. The white sangria tasted pretty good. The kids menu is good.

Revisted after 8 years. I always go for their large portion salads. This hit the mark perfectly. Lots of protein variety, very fresh veg, and prompt service from his first day on the job. Ate at BP Peace River a month ago, same food, $4 less i think. Nice airy restaurant, very good vibe. I had the chicken pecan salad, my wife, the honey chicken bowl.

The food was solid. The staff went above and beyond. I personally had the Boston sized burger. It was not bad. A tad too salty. However; that didn't detract from the overall food taste. I would order it again.

I thought all Boston Pizza restaurants use the same fries not these frozen McCain fries. The ball of coleslaw looked extremely unappetizing and tasted the same. Not satisfied with our visit

With all the restaurants at Waterton Park closed until the May Long Weekend or thereabouts, the options for food in the area are limited. The Boston Pizza in Pincher Creek makes for a good option. We were seated quite promptly, however it took a while before we were served (it is a Boston Pizza so I guess one tempers one’s expectations). They have a decent selection of beer on tap, and their Cactus Cut Potatoes are always a favourite. They do have good vegetarian options - the Plant-Based Burger, for instance - if one is seeking to stay away from meat, their Ribs and Wings are always a popular option. Their Fried Dill Pickles could have been better, when one cut into them the batter fell off; perhaps some tweaking would help. They do decent desserts, the Chocolate Explosion is quite good, might be shared, and is even better as a takeaway for a late evening snack while on holiday.Service by Cherry Lao was hospitable. We will be back when in the area.
