Friendly staff, large store, good selection, nice displays, and good prices. Great friendly customer service with knowledgeable help. They answered all my questions and got the answers when they didn't know. It's nice that they have mats in the tubs/showers and you can stand/sit in them and not worry about scratching them up. Some different products you won't find at the big box stores too. Just know that for the most part, almost everything is NOT cash and carry.

I recently have an issue with the shower faucet caused by a small component called diverter. The diverter has been ordered some time ago but not arrived yet. I reached out to Bath Depot customer service last Thursday by email inquiring about the order status. In only about 10 minutes after my email was sent, Gurbax from Bath Depot Mississauga store has called me telling me my order is ready to pick up. I went to the store immediately, and knew that my original order has not arrived yet. In fact, seeing the back order taking much longer time to arrive, Gurbax and the store manager Ameer decided to find me alternative solution to minimize the inconvenience this may have caused to me. I was so impressed by what Gurbax and Ameer have done for me. They truely demonstrated what “customer first” means exactly. Thank you Gurbax and Ameer for the help and support!

I recently visited bath depot and I was impressed with their selection of bathroom equipment. The store was well organized, making it easy to find what I needed. The staff was friendly and provided excellent customer service, ameer helped answering all my questions, and helped me make the right choices. Competitive prices too! overall, bath depot is a fantastic store for all your bathroom needs. highly recommend!

I love this place and I got addicted to them at some point like 5-6 years ago but I stopped lol. Now I go once in a while when they have some promotional deals and during their 75% clearance event.Lots of options, candles are amazing, hand soap and car fresheners as well.

Bath depot staff are very nice to deal with. Super helpful and friendly. They have lots of options to choose from as well. Bought my glass shower doors, shower base, vanity and faucet from them. Can’t comment on product quality as of yet as my order is not yet installed but I’m very happy with the staff’s assistance.

If I could give 2.5 stars I would. These folks have great customer service and they are helpful at sales time as well as when you go in with issues (i.e. we had no issues getting a new cartridge that was under warrantee, as well as other parts that were not, they genuinely seem to want to help you fix the issue). But everything we purchase here has given us issues and we will not be purchasing here in the future (our purchases were over 4 years ago now). From the toilet that runs randomly (sure the plastic parts don't rust but they also aren't heavy enough to function properly all the time), to the drain for our vanity that pretty much never closed (and that was a replacement piece after the first one they sold our contractor was not useable), and finally to the shower we have now spent about $800 on a plumber trying to fix using replacement parts (and it still doesn't work properly). Great people but sub-par products.
