We had Total Home to replace and install windows last year in Nov because Government has free interest loan program that we heard from a Chinese radio media. Cherry from Total Home has good customer service. She answered your questions with prompt replies and professional manner. What we are not satisfied is the team who installed our windows. The team leader is Andrew. First of all, they did not arrive on time on the assessment and installation dates. They promised to come around noon and never showed up and no call until we called them and arrived at 4pm. No apology. Just came and took out out some of the window frames and left those dirty cloth on the floor with wood chips. Then said coming back the next day morning. We expected they would finish the job starting at noon then we could clean up in evening. So because they splitter up 3 hours work to 2 days today. So I needed to be careful cos I have 2 kids 4 and 6 not let them stepped on those chips they left.Secondly, their skill is rough. You would think taking off the windows has to be rough. I know, but you can tell they are not really care. So they took off part of wall paint. Cherry said they are not responsible for that as indicated on the contract. So it's ok. Another thing is, one of the windows they forgot to insert a white plastic screw. As you see the attached picture and leave a hole. I asked Cherry and she called them. Now almost 3 months passed, no response from Andrew. I am worried if we sell this house one day, would the buyer question about it?*** updated: finally the window installers came back and fixed everything. They also removed the garbage they left months ago. So I rated from one star to 3 stars. We are appreciated Cherry helping us. However the Total Home hired the irresponsible window installers team.

Service is really bad, staff on the phone has a really bad attitude. Also window installers mainly don't speak English so there's a huge communication problem. After the installation I found a crack on one of the window corners and installers confirmed that before they left. They said they will reorder it but I waited 2 weeks until I called the office to find out nothing was put in the system for the reorder. Office staff Diana gave me a really bad attitude on the phone and cut me off before I finished talking n she even hung up on me. Multiple dents and scratches were made to my hardwood floors and one of the walls during installation but I understand sometimes it's hard to avoid, I wouldn't expect any compensation from the company but at least an apology from the office staff should be necessary. 9 windows was done in 4 hours which is pretty fast. Sales coordinator Cherry is obviously not providing any after sales service at all. She failed to set customers expectation on what the next steps are. Very disappointed. Invoice apparently is only available upon request, it's not automatically given after installation.Update: I was told contract stated total home is not responsible for any damage made to the house during installation so we won't be getting a dime back for the damage they made to my floor and wall. No goodwill/apology credits offered. Be prepared to pay extra $ out of pocket to fix things after.
