Overall good store, but one of the employees was very rude. She had red hair, a rainbow hearts mask and a rainbow watch band.She huffed and puffed when asked to cut fabric, she was whipping the fabric around like she was angry, and once we gave her our loyalty card, she pushed it away from her with her pen and a big huff. This Doesn’t sound as bad as our experience actually was with her. Very unimpressed, she needs to be talked to.

Susan was amazing ! Great prices and I can't say enough amazing things about Susan . Attentive, explains everything and she is the one making the curtains loves the attention to detail and 1 2 1 service

The store is clean and well organized. The staff are amazing and super helpful. If you have an idea for a project, they can usually help you figure it out. Also great deals.

Needed some ideas to wrap my DIY sound panels. The staff gave me some affordable options and I think the panels turned out great.

I have a membership to this store and I love going there all the materials they have and the variety. Last year they had a great saleswoman who I don't see any more. The other staff in the place seem to be old and much anti non- white, you are not welcomed in the place, the services provided does reflect it in all ways, the unfriendly cold attitude, the short quick answers that are served to you and not all the other costumers. I really think this place could do better and could left this gloomy anti customer service attitude that doesn't match how business works in all the world. Whoever is leading this place should review that and reestablish a more thriving customer services attitude.

Very nice fabric shop. A multitude of materials and accessories are available. Many inspiring colours and patterns, textures and displays. I highly recommend this shop for any fabric needs you have as drapery, chair covers, and anything you can imagine. The staff was very polite and courteous. It is a pleasant place to shop.

Went in to buy enough material to cover the seat of a bench and for two pillows. One sales woman was talking to a man when I walked in and after checking out some material I was ready to make a purchase. I was ignored because this woman was still talking to the same man at the same spot. This woman never even looked my way while I was standing at the counter. I left after standing there for a while. This, on top of another bad customer service experience I had earlier that day had pretty much sapped my patience. It was faster for me to order material online a couple of weeks ago - really - the order arrived the next day. If businesses like this don't smarten up and provide customer service they deserve to fail. I chose one star because there was no other way to post - pretty low.
