Orkin Canada Pest Control

I would appreciate better customer service and less attitude from the CSR. They never follow up. I always have to follow with them for my appointments and even then it’s hard to book with them.

I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service and responsiveness of Orkin Canada Pest Control. From the first call in to the office, my call was handled efficiently, and the service I needed quickly identified with a complete cost up front and easy scheduling. The Technician (Houchin) that was booked for the call made prior contact with me to ensure I was home and to give me his ETA. When he showed up, on time, he was fully prepared with all of his materials and was wearing a Orkin uniform. I was thoroughly impressed with his professionalism, efficiency and willingness to explain anything I didn't understand or was concerned about regarding the actual treatment and he was very reassuring and informative. I could tell he knew what he was doing. He worked swiftly and cleanly and I was very appreciative of his courtesy, time and excellent service. I would contact Orkin again for any pest problem.

Fast and efficient service. We've used Orkin in Calgary and Alberta over the past 6 years and have always been happy with their service. Our most recent service representative was polite, knowledgeable and efficient.

I understand the technicians are expert, but they came and check the perimeter for 5 minutes and charged more than 100 bucks for inspection.. and said nothing was wrong ..

Had to get a flea check for a building I was moving out of on May of last year, so I called Orkin. They missed the first appointment for it, which is fine, and showed up for the second.Based on the instructions I was given, I performed an electronic transfer to pay for the invoice. Now, almost a year later, they are calling me saying that I did not pay (and will send me to collections if I don't pay again).Absolutely unprofessional - I expected better book keeping from a company this size. If you go with them, ensure you keep all records of payment in case a similar situation happens to you.

We had a rat in the house so we called Orkin to come to help. The reception Frances was very helpful, trying to get technician to come to help and luckily, technician Laine was nearby. He came in 30 minutes after and helped us catch the rat right on the spot (the rat was locked in our bathroom). Thanks so much for their help!

Only did a consultation as no major issues were identified but the session was very informative. Staff were great to work with, really appreciated their recommendations and professionalism.

Had Trevor from Orkin come by today to work on our ant and rodent problem . I was super impressed with his service and attention to detail .Also gave me really good recommendations on what we can do to help keep the pests at bay .
