Absolutely horrible experience. Staying at hotel for 11 days and after my second visit there asking for a drink menu, the waitress slapped a barcode in front of me and walked away swearing. I left immediately and went to the restaurant instead where they have an actual menu and are way more friendlier and professional. The next evening I am rudely approached in hotel lobby and was giving another bill to pay. I'm confused because after I paid my first bill from the first visit to waitress after eating and casually leaving was rudly approached in lobby the next evening after work to finish paying my bill" and treated like I ran out of the lounge without paying. They are not organized and have no idea how to run their business and were completely rude about there own mistakes. I was told it was best place in town but I will never waste my time or money there ever again. Very unimpressed and disappointed."

The staff at Galloways make sure to look after the customers. Service is excellent, and the atmosphere is happy and relaxed. Prices are comparable to all lounges in the area. Great menu if you are looking for a meal.

One of my favorite pubs. Staff is awesome. Food is yummy. They have VLT's and karaoke every Saturday night.

Galloway Lounge The
Nice place to go for a drink. Lots of TVs for watching sports, Trivia nights on Fridays and Karaoke on Saturday.Food is good but very expensive and I've noticed the potions are getting smaller. Had nachos, which were very good but for $27 you should have enough to feed numerous people, not just one.I've had some great times here all the same, especially karaoke Saturdays, I just think the food is way too expensive.
