Hi Heather, I am sorry to hear you had a bad experience at this clinic. I understand your cat was in need of urgent care, but there could have been more going on in that clinic than you think there was. The staff could have been really busy and unable to take in your cat at that very moment.

Was able to take my rescue puppy there the same day i got him. He went from a lethargic puppy to a healthy one. They were thorough treating him. He's going through all his vaccines just received his boosters. Fantastic Explaining all his vaccines and all concerns about getting him and seeing him through to the healthy happy puppy he is now.

Terrible experience with Dr. Strickland.

Visited this clinic on Friday June 8th.Worst experience I’ve ever went through, went there with my kitten who had burned his paw on the stove only to be ignored standing outside with him for 10 minutes while the lady at the front counter just stared at me. Our phone systems were down so I could not call the number and return to my car . After 15 minutes went by a few ladies came out and began to tell me there was nothing they could do and I’d have to have an appointment which was weeks out. What if something serious was wrong with my kitten. They still couldn’t do anything for me? I’m sorry but to turn away an animal is beyond me. I will never ever recommend this place nor will I ever decide to take an animal to this hospital. Shame on you!

Incredibly helpful, and friendly staff. I often purchase food for my diabetic cat here. The hours and location are super convenient.

We have been at this clinic for many years. We found Dr Strickland, Kelly and Jesse to be most courteous and compassionate, not to mention their patience, wealth of knowledge and experience. Feel like our family.

I've been going to Animal Clinic of Brooklin for years with my horde of cats and dogs. They are very helpful and always now what to do to help my pets. Dr. Strickland is always great with my animals even when the don't want to help with their treatments. And the reception staff is always so friendly. I wouldn't go anywhere else with my pets!!!
