The 2 movers showed up on time, took a heartbeat to look things over & 45 minutes later the truck was fully loaded & we were on our way. When we arrived at the new house, the reverse process was just as quick and efficient. Couldn’t be happier with the quality and the price was completely reasonable!

This company has some great employees, others were sketchy and unprofessional. The owner/ supervisor is unorganized, doesn’t communicate effectively and does not care about your belongings. Does not keep his word with quotes and I was charged $2000+ extra than expected. I had to phone twice to confirm that 2 trucks were being sent- very poor communication.I lost 3 plants, after I was promised they would be cared for. And the rest of my plants are barely alive. Broke all my ceramic plates, broke a desk, broke a side table, rust stains on my living room chair, damage to my piano, my deck stairs were damaged at my new house and my china cabinet was scuffed. The owner/supervisor demanded payment on a holiday (moved in July 1st) and I wasn’t thrilled being blindsided with my final delivery of my last couple of big items being kept held ransom for the payment, to which he did release before I was able to access funds to pay my $9200 bill.Overall the experience wasn’t great. I felt extremely displeased with how my precious delicate items were treated. I did not like how he managed his staff and how they were treated. I sadly do not recommend this company.

24 hours - The time it took for me to request a quote, to the time I moved into my new place. The two movers who came to help me were incredibly kind. The move took no time at all, Dakota and Aiden worked flawlessly together and are a good pair of guys.Will definitely recommend and hire again.

We hired Burley for our long haul move, including one month of storage. The 5 ton truck which arrived to load us was too small and it took the 2 man team 9 hours to load. When delivery day arrived we were given an arrival time of 9am, however they arrived at 6:30PM. We had waited all day, while attempting to get updates, but received no solid information until an hour before arrival. Again, 2 inexperienced movers arrived with no lead hand, and load was incomplete as truck was too small.Some outstanding items were delivered next day, one item is still outstanding a week later. Upon unpacking we discovered that our $4000 65 OLED TV had been dropped or kicked on a bottom corner

We used 2 Burley Men to move our 3-bed house items into a bungalow rental. They sent us Richard and Gustavo (Gus) who were given a huge task and completed it efficiently and effectively. We had at least 8 couches and there were all kinds of stairs and twists and turns. They managed it all and nary a scratch or scuff. Appreciate the service and the personalities. Thanks much.

Damaged our things badly in a move to Vancouver island. Many ppl with the same experience. Owner won’t call you back. They replace nothing even when you have their max insurance. Missing one box that was stolen containing expensive snowboarding boots. Extremely deceptive company.

I can honestly say that our experience with 2 Burley Men Moving Victoria was the best moving experience we have ever had. The service we received from Steve Brown and John Campbell was amazing; they arrived on time, were careful, patient and accommodating to whatever we required. The cost was also reasonable. I have no hesitation to recommend this group and specifically these movers Steve and John.

Hi there.My husband and I are seniors so we chose Burley Men Moving to pack our 26’ truck in Onoway (Edmonton) and unpack in Calgary.The team from Edmonton - Braden and Michael were fantastic! They arrived earlier than scheduled considering our location was about an hour northwest of Edmonton. They took the time to pack the truck professionally so all our belongings were able to be transported in one trip. That was very important for us as it is a 4 1/2 hour drive one way. They were fun and friendly, had a great sense of humour and really cared about our things. I highly recommend using them for any services in the Edmonton.Once in Calgary, Jeff and Ash also arrived early, we’re efficient in unloading, putting all boxes and furniture in the appropriate rooms. They too were friendly and professional. Jeff advised that he had been with the company for 13 years and it showed. He really knew how to get the job done and was very strong. Not sure how long Ash has been with the company but he was efficient and managed to keep up with Jeff. A tiny suggestion to Ash would be to slow down just a little with the cart and not to take too many boxes at one time. There were a few “tip overs” but in all fairness the containers were heavy.I highly recommend this company for loading and unloading your belongings. I am glad we chose 2 Burley Men Moving.

We hired 2 Burley Men to move out of our 2 bedroom rental into a new house. Patrick (lead), Duncan and Param were punctual, courteous and friendly. Most importantly, even though we were only moving 900 metres away, they handled our belongings with care and paid VERY close attention to not damaging anything.I would highly recommend 2 BM and would definitely hire them again in the future. (not that I'm ever moving again but you never know!)
