These people are awesome. The staff were super friendly and took the time to make sure you got what you were looking for. They were extremely knowledgeable and made excellent suggestions. There is no comparison when looking for paint, I will definitely be a returning customer.

I have always had a solid experience with Benjamin Moore and the Sherwood Park location. We move frequently and I've gotten very efficient at choosing paint from their interactive website combined with Pintrest and my trusty fan deck. They have all of my information stored so I just call in my order and it's ready for pick up. Paint is the fastest and best value for a transformation. Remember to pick up a Handipail and liners this is a game changer! When I sell my homes I leave behind all the paint details so the new owners have all the information.

2018/01/29I have met Danny at a trade show. Danny is the owner of Strathcona Decorating Center.After talking with him I was impressed with his knowledge in the construction world in general and in painting in particular. At the time my company was involved in a vast high end home renovation. My client needed guidance with color chooses. Danny came over to the site, spend time to educate the client on the different color pallets and later on he supplied the Benjamin Moor Regal that turn out to be the best paint my painters ever used.I will keep on using Benjamin Moor and Danny as my paint support team for all my future projects.Thank you Danny.

The level of service is exceptional. I had issues with my roller unknowingly and the paint looked wet even a week later. Not only did the owner, Danny, come and site visit to diagnose the problem, he fixed my wall! Word to the wise, but the better roller covers and buy from Benjamin Moore. Their paint is high quality and the service is excellent. First time customer here and now a customer for life.

I would recommend this store to my friends, family, and everyone who is thinking about doing a home renovation. When I started painting my living room two months ago, I went to this store and got some paint and tools. Because I had no experience with painting, I couldn’t achieve the result I had on mind. I was worried not being to finish my project on time and phoned the store to see what the problem was. I got help immediately. The owner was quite concerned based on my description over the phone and came on site to troubleshoot for me right away. After the investigation, we figured out the paint had no problem. The owner spent several hours patiently demonstrating for me the right techniques of cutting and rolling out paint. He even finished painting a whole wall for me!! At the end of the day, my living room was completely transformed and I was very impressed with the quality of the paint and the work. On top of that, I learned how to paint! In the following 2 months, I followed his instruction and gradually finished painting my kitchen, home office, as well as bedroom, a different color for each room. I was very satisfied with the results. The colors are rich, true to the chips and the consistency was excellent, making Benjamin Moore as my favorite paint now. Everyone in that store knows well about their products and they do care about their customers. I just want to give a shout to Benjamin Moore’s Sherwood Park location owner and staff, “you guys are the best!” I will definitely purchase again.

Brett is the best! I've been here a few time to browse and choose paints for my home & every time Brett comes in hot & helps out so much. He is very knowledgeable & really cares about the colours & painting process. I appreciate his great customer service & advice to an ametuer painter like myself! I have never experienced poor customer service or poor information from the staff. We've been dealing with this location for years now. They've always been helpful with paint choices and supplies. We've work with all the lines of paint and stains available at this location and we've never been disappointed. Aura line is AMAZING! We've done both home renovation and office renovations with Benjarmin Moore paint! I've tried other top brands and I've never been fully satified with the coverage. Yes, it's expensive but for us, completely worth the cost. The finished results are incredible! Thanks to all the staff at Sherwood Park Strathcona Decorating Centre! Fantastic advise! Excellent service!

I keep going back to Benjamin Moore in Sherwood Park- not only because of the great paint quality, but the service is fantastic! Everyone that works there is really knowledgeable, patient and helpful. Recently, I dealt with Brett and Maddie, who were both absolutely wonderful- I was so grateful for their help as I was pretty nervous about trying my hand at painting. My newly-painted room looks amazing, thanks to their great advice. :-)

Super friendly. Very helpful. We ordered our paint ahead of time and they had it ready for us exactly as we asked. Freshly shaken, helped to carry it out and even remembered us. Plus Benjamin Moore paint is my favourite ever!
