Transat Travel Winnipeg

Terrible. Flights were booked through Transat Agency in Winnipeg, on an airline that declared bankruptcy the next day. The consultant was not aware of it until I spoke to her about it days later. I have not been able to get a refund from this agency. I spoke to my bank and asked what can be done? Unfortunately for me, I paid cash so the transaction could not be reversed. I will never recommend this travel agency to anyone.

Daniela Silva is the most attentive travel agent you will ever get ! She thinks of every detail and makes sure every part of your travels run as smoothly as possible. She specializes in group weddings including her own wedding !Would 10/10 recommend her services to anyone for any type of travel you are planning !

Tried to get information with a travel agent for Disney, and she never would return my emails calls, she always said she would call me back and never would. Once she put me on hold and then hung up on me. So disappointed because I’ve booked with transat twice and now I don’t think I’ll be going back again.

Had to call to make appointment, so we did. Employee on phone said a travel agent was available and we could come to the office. So we did. We walked in and were treated rudely by two travel agents. Didn't know what we were talking about. Accused us of calling caa travel and not them when we called the number posted on their door. It was just a very unprofessional interaction and I would not recommend this place just based off a first impression. I'm native, so that probably had a lot to do with why the agent that wasnt busy didn't want to help us at all. They clearly didn't want us there. Will be taking my business elsewhere. Even the employee on the phone was rude and not helpful.

We had the most incredible trip to Dreams Natura. Our travel Agent Daniela was amazing. She ensured we were all set to go. She made sure we were all informed of our itinerary and made sure everything went well at the resort. I would recommend her if you are planning any type of trip.

My husband and I are leaving for our honeymoon this week. Rosa Bertone was absolutely lovely to work with. Great suggestions and answered all of our questions. I have dealt with this agency for many years and I would not trust anyone else to do my travel planning for me!

Cannot express how thankful I am for Daniela’s assistance during my trip to Europe. She made the travel planning stage seamless and gave great recommendations for locations, tours, and accommodations. Most of all, she was there fighting for us when the airline lost our luggage. We were still able to enjoy our trip knowing she was on top of everything and working with the airline to return our stuff. I made an appointment by phone and went down to see them about arranging a holiday to Europe . They were all very helpful not just the lady I spoke to , everyone added information .I though it was cool that they have actual airline seats ( standard ) and ( wider ) in their office so you can try them to see how they feel and see what you are paying for .It's a small extra fee of $42 per person more than I would pay by booking online... for their help in booking and arranging all the details. We'll worth it !!

We booked with Michelle in 2021 to travel in 2022 to Mazatlan , due to the restrictions for travel with COVID we decided to cancel and got a travel credit. We decided to rebook our travel plans to the same destination for 2023. Sunwing had some cancelations and changes to flights out of Winnipeg completely out of our control and Michele’s. Within mins Michelle contacted us to let us know of this and had us rebooked on a new destination with same budget. Michelle went above and beyond to make sure our seats were together, no prices changes and made sure my families accommodations would be taken care of. Some things happen that are out of our control but Michelle handled it very professional and made sure we got our vacation.
