I had to find an apartment last minute and was recommended Avinlea. Great management and the other residents are all very nice and courteous. The building manager Lisa was easy to communicate with, responded to any maintenance requests immediately, and she respected everyone’s privacy. Just a well run property all around. I would stay but unfortunately they do not allow pets and I am getting one soon. Great place!

I lived in Katherine apartment for 6 years. The management team is amazing. The building is quiet and well maintained. Any time I had a problem it was handled quickly. I have recently moved to Central Park another Weibe property that is managed by one of my old Katherine managers. Lisa and Danielle are great property managers and always helpful. I can’t say enough about my experience.

I am writting from my Husbands Account, but I lived in Central Park, right from the minute it was finished. Great management, addressed any concerns right away. Quiet, well maintained, and the tub was my favorite part. Lots of great memories there. We had to move due to location of my work, but would have loved to be able to stay longer. If you are looking for a great place, move in here!
