Constantly calling me and I continue to ask to remove my number.. I repeatedly tell them I'm not the person to keep asking for to stop calling. I blocked her number and they call from another number. Don't know if this is legit or some sort of scam!

CCA may be a legit(?) company but the people working there sound and may be very scammy. They have been harassing me for the past 6 months for $40 debt to Bell Canada which is not mine. The last time I had a Bell service was 15 years ago. Someone with the same first name initial and same family name who lives in another city probably did not pay Bell $40. I spoke with Jesse, Roxanne, Mr. Bell (lol) from CCA and politely explained to them that they have been calling the wrong person. I asked them to remove my telephone number from their files but instead of listening, they try to intimidate me to pay them $40. I guess if CCA was legit, they wouldn't contact their business this way for $40. Shame!

There is one Indian employee harmanpreet in CCA and I told her politely on June 06th that I returned the Shaw equipment and even after that telling that she posted on my credit 10 days later and now Shaw owes me money after the adjustments . I told her we returned it in all honesty and if it did not get updated in your system not my problem. We are business people , I can’t keep up with small things here updating her tracking number and it did not get updated it’s not my fault and I lost 100 points of my credit score and in turn Shaw owes me the money not I owe it to CCA so who’s responsible for my losses or any mortgage gets denied.Regardless Pathetic employee she wasI am taking her to the court with CCA if my matter does not get resolvedNever hire this company . Shaw is crazy and Shaw loses my other 10 accounts as well .

Kept calling me about an account with Shaw I shut down way way back and cleared. I'm reporting them to BBB.

This company is a sham. Should not be in business at all. It will be reported to appropriate regulatory agency to deal with them and hopefully shut them down.

Very unprofessional service. with the amount of voicemails i get for a name that is not attached to my phone number, i finally called this company to advise to remove my phone number and to stop calling me, the person kept repeating my phone number even though they stated the name (that is not mine) that was attached to it, so why continue to repeat myself, as soon the person finally (i guess) made an adjustment they said thank you and hung up on me. Very unprofessional and this does not give me any confidence and i better not get another call in the future. do your job or get a new job, this also feels fraudulent to me. please be aware, red flag.

Got a new cell phone and number last year and right away started getting calls from them. Called to explain that the person they are asking for no longer has this number. I called to explain a few times but eight months later, still getting several calls every month from different numbers. I try to leave a message on their machine but it is always full. I get that their business model is about recovering bad debt, but they need to do a much better job about respecting innocent people. At what point is this considered harassment: unwanted calls from a business with which I have no existing relationship. Time for a CRTC complaint.

I keep getting calls at obscene hours of the morning due to time change. I also happen to fly into Winnipeg for work. Keep calling my number. See what happens.

Terrible company. Posted corporate debt on to my personal credit bureau. I didn’t sign any personal guarantee and am a separate entity. Just waiting on direction from lawyer and will proceed further.

These people don't listen. Paid a bill to the company I owe in March and they put it against an account in Ontario. They do not do their research on any monies owing.
