Worst company to buy a car from. Please don’t buy anything from this company. I called in yesterday, one of my friends wanted to buy 2016 Honda Civic Touring. We talked to salesperson and negotiated. We told him, we are coming from Ottawa to all the way Quebec City which is almost 5hours drive. The salesperson said no problem, we can sell the car from you. The salesperson asked for driving license and credit card to put deposit. We have provided everything and gave it to them. Today, this morning when we called in to check, the salesperson said my boss decided to sell the car at the auction for more price. Then couple hours later, I spoke with different salesperson, he confirmed the car was sold to another customer. After they took all of our information’s and we were ready to put down deposit. That is so unprofessional. I have never seen Hyundai dealership that works like this. I have bought a car from Brossard Hyundai in Montreal, the service was amazing, they respected us from coming 2hours drive and still sold us a beautiful car. Please be advised about this company.

One of the good dealership, really like the service department. Better schedule to fix my car. Hard to access sometimes with the light and whatnot small parking too. Staff are very friendly. You can received coupons very often for your car maintenance.

We went to visit our daughter to Quebec, on our return back to New Brunswick, our engine light started blinking. We call hyundai road side assist, they got my car towed to nearest dealer Leviko Hyundai on a Sunday afternoon, call service on Monday morning, and they said that they would do a diagnostic as soon as they could. They called us back right before lunch and my car was ready. Thank you Martin!

Unprofessional sales team. they don't respect the customers, and are not honest. they want to sell the merchandise even without the satisfaction of the customers. I have chosen a brand new Santa-Fe. but I have cancelled it because I have realized they are trying to oblige me to buy a lot of accessories on it(which I didn't like them) . Also when I have cancelled my purchase, they have not refunded my deposit easily.

We were on our way from Ontario to Nova Scotia when we had a breakdown on a Sunday night. Monday morning we were able to get to the dealership where even though they had a busy schedule they were able to fit us in and get us on our way. A big thanks to Vince and the service team for all they did. A wonderful experience.
