Visited this office this morning. Dr.Feanny seems like a nice guy, but I wouldn’t know since I waited for over an hour with my 3 kids and didn’t have time left to see him. The reception made it seem like I was too early for my appointment, so even after being early, thus on time, I still waited 30 mins after my actual appt time while watching others who arrived after me go in. Even after saying I needed to reschedule there was no reassurance that I would see him soon.The receptionists are rude, and didn’t even answer my question on the wait time. There is a total lack of respect for peoples time.Not to mention you need to talk to them with a mask on through a glass wall in a noisy office. They can’t hear you but the entire waiting room can lolWill be looking for a new allergist, not because of Dr.Feanny but because of his staff.

Honestly super disappointed about this office in the past few months. I have been coming here (as has my entire family) since I was a child and always really loved Dr Herman and his staff. In the past few months this has changed completely and I will be seeking a new doctor. If I could give 0 stars I would.I contacted the doctor weeks ago to try and get an appointment, which in itself was more than enough to make a patient want to leave. I had to call more times than I can count to even get through to someone. I can't say how frustrating it is when you are sick and stressed and you have to listen to an entire voicemail to be hung up on because they don't take messages. Closing completely for lunch makes this so difficult for patients to access care when they have a full time job.After getting through I was told I would have to leave my name and the Doctor would call me at some random time throughout the day. No option to choose a timeslot which again makes it extremely difficult for people working full time. I had to have my phone next to me and leave an important sales call due to this lack of accessibility for patients.Once finally getting through I had to call back several times as Dr Herman repeatedly wrote me prescriptions for things are no longer existed (3 times), or were almost impossible to source (even in downtown Toronto). I also specifically asked for prescription medications because I had tried the over the counter ones that were not working in the past few weeks, and was given an over the counter prescription.I had to call back myself multiple times to try and get another appointment as well as for new prescriptions, and eventually asked to be referred to a specialist since there was so little knowledge on my common skin ailment.Finally, after waiting for weeks for my referral appointment I find out that I was sent to the wrong referral department, and now have to call Dr Herman's office AGAIN to sort this out.Really disappointed with the direction this office has taken.

I brought my son to see Dr. Feanny for his Alergy test. I'm always a bit nervous bringing my son for Doctor appointments because he has ASD and he gets upset during them. But Dr. Feanny was so great with him from the start, playing games and making jokes, he made it a fun experience for him. My son made it through, smiling and laughing the whole time. And we were in and out within 25 minutes, including test and results . He is a real pro and so knowledgeable! Thank you!

Terrible service from the start. Long call wait times, receptionists are quick to dismiss you, doctors don’t provide answers or help you at all. They’re all there for an easy paycheque and don’t care about patients at all. Do not go here, there are much better doctors in Brampton who atleast do the bare minimum.

Great experience seeing Dr Carl Chang. Need an Optometrist, go check him out.

My family doctor made a referral to Dr. Feanny. Their office never called to make a appointment with me to see Dr. Feanny. Not able to call his office also. This is extremely brutal.

worst receptionist. They called me once to reschedule my appointment since I was unable to answer they cancelled my appointment. The day of the appointment I show up to my appointment which I still believed was scheduled and they told me they’ve rescheduled it without me knowing, entirely wasting my time, for I had to drive there when they could’ve called me an hour before my appointment to tell me that they moved it. I have now been referred to a different doctor and I will no longer be attending this facility. Also, they never seem to answer their phones when they have six receptionist at the desk at all times.

My wife tripped on a double high rubber mat outside on the side walk in front of North Bramalea Dental office and broke her wrist! Why they had rubber mats outside their door instead of salt is beyond me!

Reception has always been awful they are never kind or accommodating, plus you can never get through taking multiple phone calls to reach someone and getting told your doctor will call you back at a random time. Very frustrating horrible to park I do not recommend
