Maple Grove Cycling
Cathy assisted me with purchasing the right bike for me. I told her what I was looking for and that I will be doing my first triathlon this late summer/fall. She provided great advice and encouragement. The bike I purchased was well within my price range and feels great to ride. The knowledge that the staff has is phenomenal! I will definitely referring and coming back.

First off I want to say there are a lot of nice people that work here. However.. when I went to pick up my bike I found it covered in muddy salt water. They tried to get me to buy a chain guide when I actually needed a new chainring. I fixed the bike myself and haven't had any issues since. In short, don't bring your bike here to get fixed, they are incompetent.

The technicians are super knowledgeable and friendly, always love to converse with them. No matter waht it is, they're there with a logical answer, a smile, and willingness to help make everything perfect on the bike. I don't think I'll be going anywhere else for bike parts, service, or more if I can help!

I had a wonderful experience at Maple Grove Cycling shop! Everyone was so helpful and kind. I even got talked into buying a bill for my bike and so glad I purchased it. I am going to look sassy on the bike trails.

Came in less then one week from a fat bike race with an emergency repair. Sam absolutely went out of his way to make sure I would be ready come race day. Absolutely great experience! I was looking for a bike for my 8 year old son. Glad I googled all the stores around me and found Maple Grove Cycling. I new about Erik's but didn't like people's comments about their experience. So, here we are. My son left happy with a new bike. Superb customer service. Will definitely recommend them to friends.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Sales staff were patient to educate me and let me test ride a number of bikes. There was no hard sell. In fact they encouraged me to look around and come back. (Which I did)After I decided to purchase a bike, and picked out several accessories, one of the mechanics installed one of the accessories right away in order to make sure it was a proper fit to the bike. As he was doing so, he showed me how it all worked in case I needed to make adjustments later.All in all I was very happy with the experience.

Maple Grove Cycle is a great place to shop and it is so important to support the local bike shops as they are who will help you with any repairs or updates you require. An e-bike is more complicated than a standard bike and Maple Grove has a broad selection and a full repair shop. It's a great place to shop for your bicycling needs.
