I’ve dealt with Apex on and off for 20 years. It wasn’t until I switched my business to Telus 6 years ago. The sales reps I’ve dealt with have been amazing. I’m currently dealing with Emilio. The crew at Apex always does what they can to work with their clients. The service level is better than Telus owned stores. The staff know what they’re doing and will spend time to make sure customers know what they’re getting and signing up for.It’s always worth stopping in at Apex to solve the communications problems you may be having.

Rebecca was fantastic to deal with to help me get a new iPhone and add-a-line plan through my work EPP, she genuinely cared and went above and beyond to help make sure my needs were taken care of before I left for vacation. She even came in on the Sunday after some system glitches on Black Friday, to help get me my new phone ASAP.It’s my pleasure to type this review for her on my new iPhone while on the beach, upgrading from an iPhone6 to an iPhone13 is night and day difference and it’s all thanks to Rebecca’s help with putting in the extra efforts to finalize the transaction.
