If you order from this Wendy’s, you are essentially rolling the dice on food. It seems like the staff gives you whatever’s closest to them and completely ignores modifications. Gave them three chances and they went 0/3. Useless waste of money

I've always liked their burger. Service was fast and food was hot. Taste and quality of burger was good. Staffs are friendly and the place is clean,tidy and quiet. Experience was good.

I love Wendy's and this is one of those standout locations! The food is always so tasty. The JBC which is my favorite always comes out looking and tasting fantastic. I mostly use the drive through and the service is great and fast. Have used the dining area a couple times and although sometimes the tables aren't cleaned , I would still say overall it is quite clean .

Wendy's customers continue to endanger our community members by parking in the cycling lane out front, instead of in the side parking lot. Staff at Wendy's can easily see this lane but never tell the customer to repark legally.

If you feel like throwing 20 bucks away on a couple rotten salads this is your place to go! Ordered a taco salad and the chicken avocado salad and both were full of rotten lettuce. Into the trash my money goes. Never had this issue at the Richmond location. I won't be back to this one in New West. Staff needs to pay more attention. All they had to do was look at the bottom of the container to see it was had.

Average Wendy's. Missed a frosty in the order but otherwise good, tasted fine. Not spectacular but just average Wendy's food. I guess what sets Wendy's apart from other fast food joints is that they have chili and baked potatoes on the menu alongside burgers.

It's Wendy's... one of our fav fast food places.The food items are tasty and nutritious.The prices are fair, with some very inexpensive items available.The service is always first rate.The space is kept clean - mostly.... I did find a loose fry sitting on the window ledge (oops).The space is plain and commercial - they advertise the menu items.We will be back again and again, I'm sure.

This place has dining, take out and drive thru options for food purchase. There are about 15 tables inside. you get three way view as they have large glass panels on three sides surrounding the seating area. There are washrooms for both the genders. They have a small parking area for about 10 vehicles. Order times are quick and the staff are nice and helpful. There is only one way in and out for customers. They are situated right on the sixth Street downtown New West minister.
