WARNING: I brought a riding mower wheel in 2 days ago, it needed a new tire, at that time I was advised by 'John' 'it will cost no more than 65.00'. Upon arriving today to obtain the new tire, I was advised the tire would be 98.00. I then reminded the employee that John advised it would be no more than 65.00, at which point he stated that John said they 'start at 65.00'. I was appalled with the blatant disregard of integrity. I stated normally if there is a price increase a legitimate business will call the customer to gain approval, this place did not. I went to this shop in the first place because it was local and I wanted to support them, however after this I won't be returning and hope this serves as a WARNING to others thinking to go to this local shop. Afterall, if your word isn't good, what is left? Shame on you for bad business practices.Update: An apology was received from the business, which would have ended all of this before it began as well..

The owner was very helpful. I was looking for a part for my Echo grass trimmer. He had the part in stock at a reasonable price!

John and staff are very helpful and will work hard at finding the parts I need. Loyal customer for over 25 years.

Great place great prices they are old school so you have to trust them . They dropped off the unit and picked it up when it didn't start (cable adjustment ) then we bought a blade of them and they picked the rider up to install . Thanks!

Great and quick service, we bought a zero turn from them, a bit pricey but for what it’s worth , everything has been good.

Requested a mowing deck belt, asked price before confirming to order, advised $27.00. Upon pickup belt was $45.00. They also said it would be there same day afternoon, it didn't arrive for a few days. Not dependable, not transparent.

Very busy place, but got the mower done in short order. Running really well no issues. Will take my other rider there as well as other small engine garden equipment

I called to ask about a part for my son. I am not very knowledgeable about lawn mowers and the men chose to laugh at me very rudely.If you can .. don’t use this placeHorribly disappointed after being disrespected in a very crude way.

PaulI have been very disappointed with customerservice. we purchased and spent 4000$Belt Broke. When Brantford Lawn and garden picked the I konx 42. The gentlemen mentioned it would be back that day.I have been waiting approximately 7 days we have only had the I konx a couple months.I work as Maintenance man and have a very busy schedual. I have driven from Paris to Woodstock a couple of times.This is Tuesday 28th Aug. 2018I must admit I was upset.Brantford Lawn and GardenHad know apologies but did proceed to argue with me on timing.They lost the the art Public Relations and hung up.My time is valuable, I do construction as well as have a fulltime commitment to my company.So here I sit patiently waiting.I have never given a bad review in a lifetime and I am 66 years old.Sincerely had to write this.
