2 coffees full of grinds, do you not know how to CLEAN pots? Or maybe get the grinds in the filter??? DISGUSTING!!! Can only picture how clean" the rest of the store is. Bad enough you have a hard time getting an order correct I dont remember asking for grinds to brew my own pot at home. Disgusting store!"

I Give the atmosphere a 1 because the entire time I was here, I heard one lady (the one with the nose loop ring) picking on Haily (the girl making the sandwiches).It seemed like everyone was sick of it, but nobody said anything. Anyone could see the frustration on the staff's faces, and Haley tried to laugh it off, but she was annoyed by it too.This isn't a good work environment or customer environment. This kind of disrespect shouldn't be tolerated in a workplace.I don't know either of these girls, and I almost always choose drive thru here, so I'm glad I went in today.

Quality food and service, coffee has dropped in quality since they got the tall containers which is a shame... atmosphere is fine, especially by the fireplace but it could stand to be more....homey? The stools are a bit uncomfortable and I don't understand why the table is so tall, not safe for kids.

Great place to go socks they close at ten o'clock pm now but some drive-thrus are 24 hrs not all Tim Horton's are like that

Ordered for delivery (car is broken)... ordered 2 LG soups, 1 LG iced capp, 1 Med iced capp, sausage farmers wrap, and bacon farmers wrap. Out of that the only thing that was right was the soup, the medium iced capp, and the bacon farmers wrap. In the spot of all the missing stuff we got a LG iced coffee, a second bacon farmers wrap BUT... they didn't even put egg on it and literally half a piece of bacon! The receipt says exactly what I ordered, are we not teaching people how to read? Called Tim's and they said if we get there they will fix it... well if I could get there don't you think I would have drove there and got the original order myself? Literally spent $40 for everything and only got maybe $15-$20 of the $40!

I hate to talk bad about a new worker but the lady that has been working the drive thru in the mornings is not doing so well. She takes forever to take orders and gets the drive thru backed up. She’s very nice and all but most people there are on their way to work. Please put her somewhere else. Our food this morning was missing a couple things that we asked for and it did not taste good.
