One of the rudest interactions with a counter staff I have had in a long time. The shorter older gentleman did seem to be a little overwhelmed, training a new staff, but I did wait until the customer prior to me had gone, so there was no other customers waiting. Started right off with the snide remarks as I tried to show him what I wanted on my cell phone (ie sorry we don't sell those here"
