Ordered masks at the beginning of the Pandemic and received emails about delays, the latest the end of June which said the shipment has finally arrived so expect your order soon. It is July 9 and “soon” has passed and still no product and no contact made. We love to support local and this is local but we will think twice about ordering online from Stouffville Tattoo Shops any more. We have ordered from outside Stouffville and received 5 other various products AFTER we ordered from this local distributor and have successfully received all products we ordered. Not doing any favours for Stouffville.

My experience with Primal Attitude was a ten out of ten. I ordered the products that I needed and received very shortly after. Any question or concerns I had were answered right away. I highly recommend Primal Attitude for all your tattoo supplies.

I ordered ink from this ink supplier. 2.5 weeks went by and no package or delivery info. No replies to emails or phone calls. Finally after calling and emailing every number and email address, I eventually got an email back from Dom the owner. The ink I ordered was out of stock but that was not reflected on their website. If I knew it was out of stock I would not have ordered it and shopped elsewhere. Dom apologized and spoke of staffing issues and being busy as the reason for the delay.1 month later… (over 1.5 months from order date)Still no ink or delivery date. No one will reply to emails or phone calls. After starting dispute on PayPal, I managed to get Dom’s wife Debbie on her cell phone and speak to her. She apologizes and says staffing issues and being busy like what Dom had told me. Debbie was very apologetic and I did appreciate that.Later that day I get an email from “Mark” at customer service. He tells me it was a supply chain issue…This is what set me off…It was not a supply chain issue. I was told by both Dom and Debbie that they had staffing issues and were too busy. It was not a Covid issue either because I ordered directly from the USA supplier without issue.That day I ordered it directly from intenze and it was shipped within hours, it arrived 6 days later. It cost more but at least I got what I ordered.I felt I was patient in this situation but I was ignored for over a month and a half basically. Who knows how much longer it would have went on if I hadn’t contacted PayPal to resolve the issue. I doubt it was even ordered from the supplier because I was able to order from the source and get my products 6 days later. Bad business.Buy your supplies elsewhere. There are plenty of companies willing to sell you the same products with none of the hassle. I hope they run their tattoo business better that their tattoo supply business.

I cannot stress this company enough. They are incredible. Fast, responsive and have everything you need. They even delivered right to my front door. They had PPE when none else did. I totally recommend This place for everyone. Thanks for everything guys!

Be careful with this place. A simple order that should have taken a day to ship in the mail, has taken 4 months . Still haven’t received it. The overall impression I was left with: dodgy individual(s?) with communication skills that match that of someone who is very unreliable and untrustworthy , definitely won’t be around much longer.

I had such a fantastic experience ordering from Primal Attitude! I ordered an FK spektra direkt 2 and with COVID happening - there were inevitable delays. With that being said, the delays were much more longer than anticipated to no fault of Primal Attitude. Luckily for me, Dom had taken lead in constantly communicating with me and was so on top of the response time. Even when I was worried about getting the machine, Dom’s responses were always positive and his words, reassuring. Eventually FK sent the machine and during this time, Dom was kind enough to send me a screen shot of the tracking info (even with the customs updates!) and upon arrival - he sent me a picture of the machine! I was extremely thankful that he had expedited the shipping to my address (as I expressed I needed it before traveling within the country) and received it within days! Suffice to say, Dom was always communicative, positive, patient and clearly was dedicated to outstanding client service! He definitely deserves a raise considering I can only imagine how much time he has to put into helping other clients other than myself during COVID. I would definitely order from here again and recommend them to any other tattoo artists to order from here too! Thank you to Dom and the Primal Attitude team!

“Worst experience ever in a tattoo supply website”I bought 14 bottles of hustle foam for my studio and takes 3 months of wait for never receive them and either an explanation. After weeks (after 3 months) of emails ignored by “Dom Amatiello” he answer me back asking me if I want to receive my foams close to the expiration date. What? Yes, he ask me if I want to accept expired products, bro what?? Of course I didn’t accept this. I request a total refund of the foams and I never receive my money back.The phone number in the website it doesn’t work so there is no way to contact them, real scammers and very unprofessional.
