Very disappointedI planned to delivered this bouquet a week ago and brought some kids/teachers cards for a special friend birthday who move to Cochrane.We were waiting for our friend's reaction, but nothing during her night.The florist never called to tell me they couldn't deliver the same day. They called the next day.Also, when I was handed the cards to the florists, I asked if we could issue them later, I heard a response: it won't be me!" Seeing the bit like that

Loved this florist when I first moved to Cochrane. Purchased flowers weekly. The staff were so friendly, the arrangements/tied bouquets unique and pricing was fair. Not sure what has happened- change in management/staff? Change in suppliers? Selection limited and tired looking. Staff uninterested. Really disappointed.

Fantastic Service - beautiful creations! I left a birthday arrangement to the last minute and the staff at Incredible Florist was just that Incredible! They took all the information and ensured that they would be able to deliver same day - even taking into consideration the late time of my request. I also requested they send me a photo of their design - and it was beautiful - Thanks for accommodating my request Olga! Well worth the cost and the recipient was thrilled. Well done!

Incredible florist is my go-to. They are reasonably priced, their flowers last for a great amount of time, they offer the most gorgeous bouquets, and their service is incredible!! I have always sent flowers to friends/family through this florist, and everyone has LOVED their bouquets! Today I received a bouquet from them, and I was in tears it was so beautiful! The vase was practically bursting with flowers! So long as the quality, prices, and service stay this great, I will forever continue ordering!

I ordered flowers earlier this week, and asked for a picture of the special request 'Funky Petals' arrangement before it was delivered. Received no picture, no confirmation of delivery and no response to two follow-up emails.The attached picture was provided by the recipient. The arrangement composition is truly a work of art and very beautiful. BUT...The torn and bruised rose petals are unacceptable. Especially when you advertise the 'best and freshest flowers in Cochrane' on your website.VERY DISAPPOINTED in the entire experience.

Very disappointed last couple visits.I've been loyal client for last 4 years usually buying here bouquets of roses for my women, and has always been getting great and fresh flowers, but recently I came across same issue twice.They selling roses that are at the very end of their life cycle and they are aware of it and doing it intentionally.Last two times when I brought roses home they didn't last a day, the ones on the picture lasted less than hour despite they looked fresh when I bought them.Roses stems are of different length that tells that they've been cutting them to extend the life. Also some leaves are peeled off for the same purpose.Very disappointed, local establishment should not be dishonest to own people.

I received exceptional service and the flower designers worked with me to ensure the arrangements were tailored to the needs of the occasion and my personal requests. Jenny did my wedding bouquets and I was in love! They were exactly what I wanted and had tons of compliments. The quality of the flowers was wonderful and the artistry of the bouquets made my pictures pop. Thank you! I would use incredible florist again for any floral needs!
