PixPortal - Print Where the Pros Print

Very professional and the photos looked great! Was recommended to use them by many photographer friends and I will continue to use them!

I’ve used Pixportal several times in the last 6 months, both for photos and double sided thank you wedding cards. Both experiences have been great and I’m very happy with the quality. The website is convenient and easy to navigate, but do note that they offer additional services if you ask. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future!

Literally have nothing but great things to say about them. I ordered all my final edit wedding photos from them, using my phone and they were FANTASTIC quality, as usual. I’ve ordered 2 metal prints now and those are both gorgeous and crystal clear. This is the place to print any photos, canvas, anything. Loyal customer here.

This is the absolute best place to have photos printed! There aren’t enough adjectives to do them justice. I live in a remote area where there is not a lot of options for photo printing and Pixportal blows my options right out of the water! It is easy to download my photos, they are processed quickly and in my mail in short order. The quality of the photo paper is top notch and can be easily handled without scratching or leaving fingerprints. Prices are extremely reasonable considering the quality of their work and even with the added cost of shipping - totally worth the short wait time. Their customer service is top notch and are infinitely patient working with you to make sure you have the best experience. I have had canvas prints created with fantastic results. I can’t recommend them strongly enough, you will not be disappointed!

I placed 2 orders a couple of hours apart and I wished I didn't have to pay for shipping twice but it was my fault I forgot to order them together. Well they packaged them together anyway and only charged me shipping once! Not many companies would do that, I'm really impressed. The quality of the prints is always really good and why I continue to order my prints here.

Great customer service, but do not order unless you can upload your photos from a computer. I have tried to make multiple orders of photos taken with my iPhone, but was told they could not upload them. They reached out to me via email about the issue and subsequently followed up with a telephone call saying they will refund my order, but to please stop ordering from them as the files are breaking their system. I had no idea photos taken via my iPhone would be so difficult to print. That said, I have ordered from them using a friend’s computer and the quality was fabulous, but do not bother unless you have a desktop computer to use.
