I purchased my wedding band from this location last summer, when it arrived it was much too small. I ordered a size 4.5 (which is the same size as my engagement ring and fits perfect) and so I brought it back because I couldn’t even get it on my finger and I knew it couldn’t be the right size.The older woman at the counter said “you’ve probably just put on a few pounds, sometimes women gain weight before their wedding. If you ordered a 4.5, then that’s what you got.”After I insisted she check the size, it was a 3.5. They fixed the ring quickly, so two stars for that and the nice product, could have done without being told I’ve “put on a few”. Lol

Probably the worst customer service I have experienced in a retail setting ever. I understand the holidays are a busy time , I had called in to check availability on an item I was interested in for my wife. They were very short and basically just seemed as if they wanted me off the phone asap. I guess I will shop around for a business that appreciates a customer.
