In the thick of this Covid situation, I desperately stopped by Ink Max one afternoon without knowing that I would have had to make an appointment. I called the number and spoke to Rafiq. He advised me that he was not at home. He told me I could leave my cartridges in the drop box and he would be kind enough to contact me for directions so that he could drop them off seeing that I live close by. WOW! Excellent service! So polite, accommodating, organized and knowledgeable.I didn't know about the print head cleaning option on my printer until Rafiq told me about it.Even when I had an issue with my printer not working he was kind enough to let me bring it to him to have a look.I would recommend anyone to patronize this business.

Excellent customer service, was able to exchange old items for new, slightly better and filled ones, advertising was very eyecatching and not truck like at all, as opposed to similar stores. Will definitely go again.

Awesome Experience! I spoke to Rafeek on the phone concerning an issue on my printer. He explained what may be the cause and how he can fix. He even said we don’t have to pay unless he fixes it. His knowledge on printers is definitely vast. I will come here to buy ink and recommend my friends here’s as well!

Exceptional serviceI ran out of ink on Saturday evening, he agreed and waited for me.Since day one, I had an issue with my printer cause the printing was so light. He told me the chip is incompatible with the current tuner. He replaced the tuner and the chip then filled the ink, the printer is working better than ever!!He did a great service and even replaced the tuner at his cost! He was so nice and price was way less than I expected.He is literally PROFESSIONAL and he knows what he is doing for sure.Best service in London.Exceptional service.
