Cascade Countertops

Cascade Countertops recently supplied new laminate countertops for our kitchen. The customer service staff were courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable about the different products available. They replied promptly to all our questions and made some excellent suggestions regarding the installation, which we were doing ourselves. Their after-sales service was also prompt and exceeded our expectations. In short, Cascade Countertops provided a quality product in a timely manner at a reasonable price. I had quartz counters installed in my en-suite. The service was excellent! The sales Staff are really friendly and helpful and get back to you in a timely manner. The installers were very good as well. My only complaint is I had to wait a little longer than expected for my counter top to arrive (due to Covid). Otherwise no complaints. My parents also had quartz counters installed in their kitchen and bathroom and were very happy with the service as well- and my dad is picky! I would go through Cascade again for future renovations.

We recently had our kitchen done via reface magic, whom use Cascade for the countertop. Superb quality and very reasonable in price. The installers were here on time, looked after everything in a courteous professional manner. Thank you! We love our new look kitchen.

Cascade replaced the countertops in our kitchen and bathroom some time ago. They have a huge selection to choose from and the customer service was excellent. They were easy to deal with, timelines were kept, the installers were very professional and everything was delivered and installed as promised. The price was excellent and the product has stood the test of time. Would definitely recommend!!!!

Great experience from start to finish! Staff was friendly and knowledgeable to help us choose the product that worked best for us. I didn't feel like they were trying to upsell me but just provide me information to make an informed decision. I really enjoyed picking colors and discussing my options. We did shop around and I felt a lot of pressure in other showrooms to pick the more expensive products but that was not the case at Cascade.Installer was very professional and had great attention to detail.We had a small issue that required a service a few days after install. They came right back out with no issues. I would highly recommend Cascade to everyone.

Purchased a vanity countertop for a a bathroom. The countertop sat Uninstalled for 6 months and was stored on a bed in a spare bedroom. When we went to install the counter top we found a Crack in it. Cascade refused to warranty and tried to blame us. Very disappointed after being so highly recommended by friends of the owners.

Very happy with service from Cascade. Had quartz installed today for main bathroom. No issues with measurements (done ahead of time) professional and safe install (Trevor and Jarred arrived masked and stayed as distant as possible). Job done well, reasonable price, super friendly and knowledgeable. Will use again. Thanks so much!
