the fella with the tattooed head helped me & some friends today. i have a tiny head & a particular vibe, so i'd been worried about finding something the right size & style - but the first hat i picked up was actually perfect & not too pricey. we weren't made to feel dumb for asking questions, which was great as we have no cowboy related experience. was initially a bit nervous to come into the store as a clearly queer person w/ 2 women friends but was made to feel super comfortable. also, CRAZY boots they have towards the back of the store! totally intricate, amazing craftsmanship.

HOWDY!" My wife and I drove quite far to get to The Rockin Cowboy as B.C has a very slim selection of Western Wear stores. This could be a good store if it was a little more organized and didnt have a methed out looking guy in chaps working the till. He was helpful at first then became rude and kind of all over the place. The experience wasnt the best

Went there yesterday to pick up some gear for Stampede. The guy behind the counter was great to deal with. He spent a lot of time and explained the different products. Would definitely recommend to others that they shop here.

Don’t bother with this place. Called first to ascertain that the size of secondhand boot I was looking for was in the store, was told there was plenty of inventory and I wouldn’t be disappointed. Drove 30 minutes, parked and walked in to discover not one single pair of the requested boots in my size. Not only that, the proprietor could barely acknowledge my presence in person. He was so busy scrolling his phone and ignoring me — the only customer in the store — to indicate even the smallest hint of interest in me as a potential customer.

We needed some boot cut jeans for him and ended up also finding the perfect stage outfit for me (think sparkles). This store is filled with all sorts of new and old country which stands out in our city.

The best store in Canada, if not the world for all things western, style and fashion. Why ever wear anything not from this store? Both shopkeepers are as hilarious as they are sociable, and honestly I pretty much only go here to hangout with them. Any bad reviews of this shop must be from uptight simpletons because it's always a riot to shop and chill at the Rockin Cowboy.If this store didn't exist, I'd perish.Thank you RC for everything!
