I am recent new business owner and have found the Waterloo Region Small Business Centre to be of great help to me. I attended my first session this monring, and gained so much value in a short period of time. We were discussing the use of google my business and I was able to quickly implement some tips immediately. Great information sessions on a variety of topics

For work, I regularly take groups of women to the Small Business Centre to attend their Start-Up Basics and presentation on Finances. They have been such a wonderful support to me in my work, as well as to the participants in my groups, who often seek their help when starting their own businesses. They are able to help with and simplify the hard and complicated job of starting and running a successful business for their clients. Their staff are highly competent, professional, and easy to work with. The KWSBC offers a great range of workshops, and they seem to be constantly adding new ones to respond to the needs of the community. I think they are providing a fantastic service to KW!
