All That Glitters Bridal

I had a horrible experience here and I would not recommend it to anyone. I went on December 11th to look for a prom dress. The lady seemed to be nice at first however I felt very pushed throughout the appointment to buy the dress that same day. They said that I wouldn’t be able to find a dress if I left or that someone else from my school would come get the dress before me. I was also told I even came late and that they aren’t able to order dresses anymore after mid-late December, even though my friend went at the end of February and she was told they can still order a dress for her. This is my first dress shopping experience so when I heard that I felt very stressed and felt forced to buy the dress (which was very expensive).I went to pick up the dress last week and I was very disappointed with what I got. First of all the dress was huge despite them measuring me and saying the size they ordered would fit me perfectly, so now I have to pay even more money to get it altered. Second, the dress had some sort of looseness/gapping/ruching problem at the side that clearly isn’t supposed to be there. When I brought this issue up nobody seemed to pay any attention to my concern. They told me to get it fixed and altered and that was it. I was holding the side to show them and she very rudely moved my hand away and told me not to touch it because that would ruin the beading. If touching the dress is going to rip the beading, what's going to happen when I actually wear it to prom?? I then brought up another issue about how the beading on the neckline looks wrong and I was told to cut off the beads that stuck out. After all that money and waiting, the fact that they told me to cut parts of the dress off myself was very unprofessional.I paid a lot of money and went very early in order to have a dress I loved for prom, and the dress and service I received was unacceptable. They were nice to me until they sold the dress and then showed no attention to me after the sale. I find it very frustrating that this store does not offer returns or refunds since you’re basically paying for a dress and you have no idea what it's going to look like or how it's going to fit until months later. I think receiving a faulty dress and poor service is a good reason for a refund. Once again, terrible experience and I will never be going here again.

Absolutely amazing experience! I can’t describe how special it was to have the full bridal experience in a pretty salon! The salon was clean, bright and beautifully decorated. Jamie was was my stylist, she was incredibly supportive and complimentary of every dress I was in. A true hype girl! She helped me find my dream dress. She went though every detail for ordering my size (even double checked my measurements to make sure she was certain she got the right one), no detail was left out!I had initially went in on a Friday afternoon and got stuck between two gowns. I never felt any pressure to have to make a purchase that day. They were very supportive in taking my time to look for a dress! Once I decided on my dream dress they were able to book me in promptly for an appointment to get fitted!They’re very responsive for booking an appointment or any questions I have.They have a huge assortment of bridesmaids options as well (including immaculate prom dresses)! Definitely will be back with my girls.Highly recommend booking an appointment with them!

Ugh I am not impressed. Went a few months back to get my daughters prom dress. First impression was amazing! Live how it is family oriented. We bought “the dress” for her prom. It was to short notice for them to alter it so we got a local friend to do it! The dress is way to F@$&king small and we can’t even zip it! There is not enough extra material to extend it either! Why on earth would they let us leave with a dress that was too small? Not impressed!

I said yes to the dress here! Chantal and her team are very experienced ladies. They know the ins and outs of the industry and can make magic happen ! The gown selection is amazing and they have something for everyone and every budget. But what I loved most about this place is how genuin and down to earth they all are. You feel like you've known them for a long time.

I can’t express my gratitude and thankfulness enough for the wonderful ladies of All That Glitters! I have had 3 excellent buying experiences here — and each time, my daughter and my daughters friend, have been treated like GOLD. They care, they pay attention, they fuss and clip and ensure the dress they chose looks the very best! And they recommend excellent styles and colours that suit them to a tee! From my experience, and most recently last night with my daughters friend, I can honestly say that when she found her dress, the woman taking care of us (Shirley! You’re an angel) was happier than we were that we found THE dress! And we were so happy! Beyond happy. Shirley ensured our experience was incredibly memorable! I’ve had previous experiences with Chantal as well and can only say great things! These women truly care, truly know their business and make great recommendations. We are absolutely thrilled. I encourage anyone who may have been to other places to give All that Glitters a try. You will not be disappointed!

We had an appointment with Filamena at 4 pm on a Saturday. The appointment ran late, as I was trying to settle on a dress. They were all extremely nice, even though I kept them late from closing at 5!I would definitely recommend these friendly, professional ladies. Beautiful gowns! 5 stars!

Where to begin? I'd give them a 10 stars out of 5 if I could. The mother and daughter duo surpassed all of my expectations, and they went above and beyond to make me the happiest bride-to-be. Picking up a dress is not easy, and so when I went the first time, picked up a dress, and the next day realized this wasn't the dress I wanted, my fiancé gave them a call and they were so kind as to let me come back to try dresses on again, and this time spent even more time with me and worked with me and were very patient with me. I couldn't thank you enough! Ladies, this is the place to be!! They understand their clients, and they help their clients, and they make the task of choosing a dress a joyous occasion. I very seldom leave reviews, but I know that this one is a review I must write for these wonderful women! Again, from the bottom of my heart (and my family's) THANK YOU

We visited several dress stores in Ottawa, and I think this is the most professional place.They have enough space you can look yourself after trying a dress. The helpers are very friendly, and I felt like they are my closest aunt.They carry lots of good selections from a variety of price ranges.

Thank you so much to Chantal and her team at All that Glitters Bridal! I came to the store to look for a wedding dress. While at the store, I tried on a variety of dresses and fell in love with many! They have a beautiful and wide selection of wedding dresses. I had a memorable experience at All that Glitters Bridal - the lady gave great advice and helped me find the perfect dress for my wedding. As I awaited for the arrival of my dress, Chantal was so timely with her communication with me (answering my questions quickly) and was very helpful in providing updates on my dress. The arrival date of the dress exceeded my expectations and arrived earlier than I expected.There is a beautiful selection of elegant wedding dresses and the customer service surpassed my expectations. Glad I booked an appointment here, I had a hard time finding my dream dress and finally found it today! Jaime was super helpful and understanding of what I had in mind, she made the experience fantastic! The dress selection is amazing, I was so conflicted on which one to choose as they were all so pretty!! Highly recommend this place! :D
