Laurentian Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM

Found our used vehicle from their website, absolutely fell in love with the car. When I travelled 8 hours round trip to pick it up, we were surprised with a few damages that weren’t explained or listed. Front bumpers paint was noticeably different, stone chips on the roof that are rusting, passenger door handle is rusting/bubbling, stone chip in the windshield and was verbally told it was AWD until I got it home to find out it wasn’t. I understand the car is a few years old but the online pictures masked the problems pretty well.The dealer offered a small compensation ($300) but just a fraction of the total cost to repair these problems at my expense. I didnt expect to be visiting body shops for quotes the first few days of ownership.

I purchased a 2021 Chevy Trail Boss from Laurentian and I absolutely love my truck!! However, I’m VERY disappointed with the service or lack of service I received! At the time of purchase, I asked if the truck would have a full tank of gas and if the truck would be clean. I was assured that it would be. After I dropped 70,000 for the (truck, warranty etc) in this dealership, one would think that this would be a no brainer! When I picked up my truck, it barely had half a tank of gas and the truck was not clean! The dirty service sheets were still in the truck! I sent an email and received a phone call from Sean who gave us lame excuses!! Very disappointed and I will not ever deal with Laurentian Chrysler again!!

Fantastic experience! Shawn helped me get into the exact Jeep I was after. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and eager to answer all of my questions. Absolutely love my new Wrangler! Shawn and Aaron were both very friendly, helpful and made the purchasing process very easy. They go above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you’re looking for. I would recommend this dealership, and will certainly return here for future vehicle purchases!

Update:Due to giving a bad google review and bringing up the issue to the BBB due to not settling on agreed resolution. If you expose their behaviours they will refuse doing what is right. Go elsewhere.The service manager decided to give the keys back and not rectify outstanding warranty work which should have been dealt with in the Apr inspection. 3000 kms 2 months of driving caused $5800 in damages in the service managers mind. We had just spend 2K plus in Apr on repairs. The only thing we brought the truck in for was to repair the AC that was previously serviced in Apr 2023. It was to our shock to see the truck required an additional 5k of work after the warranty expired conveniently.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I wish I could give 0 stars to Sudbury Laurentian Chrysler:This establishment will not be faithful and honour warranty work. You must review your warranty policy in full detail and point out what should be covered as this establishment is not trust worthy enough to do what is right.One example of many:I had an inspection Apr 2023 to catch any work that should be covered under warranty; no issues found. Conveniently a couple months after inspection/warranty it was found that there was multiple issues totaling $5800 dollars in repairs that should have been covered under warranty. Example rotting oil pan. There is no way the oil pan rotted to the point of concern within a few months. This was neglected within inspection to save a few dollars it seems.My plan: 415 Gold 100k 5 years: Vehicle - 2018 dodge ramDon't trust them, go somewhere else.The finance team has confirmed there are multiple people having the same issue and are seeking refunds of previous work that should have been covered under warranty due to a neglectful previous service manager alledgedly. If you had work performed between the years of 2018 - 2023, I highly encourage you to do your own checks and question all work performed.I am not one to complain or do reviews, I always believe in good intentions and faith from people and establishments. I have learnt my lesson with this one.For me to take time to warn others, that is a significant red flag.Ill update everyone with how they respond and to the situation.Update:After review of the warranty work the issue seems to be the 85 point inspection conducted prior to the warranty expiring (In my case). (Most of the warranty work was capture from 2018 - 2023 ). Just not the work that needed to be covered under warranty just prior to expiring. They failed to disclose it seems to save $.The inspection was done in Apr 2023 and now in June/July 2023 there is over 5k in work that is being charge that should have been caught in the inspection. AC issues, cv/stub shaft parts ect, rotor resurfacing and now I am being told that they need to be replaced. I only drove 3000km since the work was completed on them.

We stopped by to look at some used cars, the new dealer is huge with a lot of spaces for inventory. Who is paying for these gigantic stores… The salesperson was nice and forthcoming with information and willingness to show us the vehicle.

Service n staff top notch but waiting for a ride was very long but overall good service

They never answer the phone and it takes a week at times to be able to even speak to an individual to book an appointment for a service; and then you find out that you won’t be able to get in for weeks. I’ve waited a whole day just to be told my tires are no longer road worthy and then proceeded to try and sell me the most expensive tires. As well, the prices for a tire change is overpriced in comparison to other local options.
