If I could give 0 Stars I would. Their developments are poorly run. I moved into a new build in the middle of June. They have yet to address any of the deficiencies that were outline in the deficiency walk. There is still green tape from the original walk everywhere. Floors are uneven bubbling, cabinets are scratched and of poor material, unfinished paint (we have a completely plastered wall and it's not painted), I could go on.To top it all off they are poor communicators. When I do get updates, they say, the trades have moved on to other projects and are not prioritizing the deficiencies.For the amount we paid you would assume that we would get a completed product or a timely response.... nope. You're SOL

If you are looking to buy a prebuild in Vancouver and you are researching this developer - DON'T BUY. They are shady, cheap and completely unaccountable.

So you wanna buy a suite from these crooks??!!Run, run away in the other direction as fast as you can and never look back! NEVER!!!!

Probably the worst developers in Canada from what i read online, maybe even the world.

Google should really create a 0 star option just for these guys. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! You will be ignored the moment they get your money.. if not the moment they get your deposit. Truly take these bad reviews as a massive red flag and run!

I wish I read the reviews before buying from them. It’s a horrible experience dealing with their contractors to fix issues with the place like the front light has never worked since I moved in for 2 months now. And their realtor just stopped responding to my text. No communication whatsoever. The blinds that were supposed to be part of the place is still missing. They’ve been telling me the lights will be fixed and blinds will be coming in for the past 2 months. Also some appliances were never installed properly. They kept saying they’ll have someone in but never happened
