Definitely a good company to work with. Quinn was helpful, upfront, and knowledgeable, and he was able to get his team to the filter installed very quickly once our choice was made. Also, the water tastes very good!

We had a great experience working with Quinn (the owner) of Think Water. He took the time to work through how best to set things up in our workspace so that we could save ourselves a lot of heavy lifting of pots that needed filling with filtered water! He also took the time to sort through the best system for us.We will likely be getting a home unit now as well! I would highly recommend their services for homes and businesses.

I requested a quote from 3 water companies and only Think Water followed through and set up an appointment to review our office needs. They even changed out our main water filter which was quite dirty. We are now on an annual service schedule. I highly recommend Think Water for their great customer service and excellent work.

We really enjoyed our new filtration system. Not only it looks great but also the water tastes good too. Quinn was very attentive and punctual. From the first call to estimating to installation, it took less than a week and the whole process was smooth. I highly recommend.

The gym where I work had the same water cooler for the first 4 years I worked there. It had nozzles that were hard to clean and the water always tasted kind of funny and sometimes had a weird colour to it.Quinn came and installed the unit in the photo and it is so much nicer. Since the buttons are all along the top it is way easier to clean, which is a bonus when a lot of people are touching it all day long. The colour and style of it fits the gym better and the best part is how the water tastes; clean and refreshing with no funky colour.

We have been using them at our corporate office for many years and have never had any issues. We recently expanded and needed a new station and Quinn was so quick and informative. Zaq has always been our regular technician for maintenance and does a great job. He also came to install our new cooler and, like usual, did an amazing job!

Nothing but positive things to say about this company and its people! Shout outs to Quinn for his support with the quoting and coordination process of the installation. Within a matter of days, he had dispatched Zac to complete the installation which only took about 1.5 hrs from start to finish. We are very pleased with the quality of the product and efficiency. The new filtration system works great and I would highly recommend Think Water Filtration to anyone looking for such an upgrade. Thanks again!
