We just used Capital Door Service for our garage door when the torsion spring broke. Gord, the owner called me back within minutes and said he would be over to see what was required . He showed up exactly when he said he would and we chose the perfect new door. He never tried to upsell me as some companies do. The installation went flawless and quick. You can really tell why Gord has such success as he really understands the meaning of great customer service. Gord was thorough, explaining what needed to be done to meet safety codes for my garage door opener installation and referring me to a great electrician. He completed the opener installation in one hour as promised and guided me on proper door maintenance. He had also fixed a spring problem for me six years ago to my complete satisfaction. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Excellent and Professional customer service. I was having a problem with my garage door. I e -mailed Gord and explained the issue. He called me immediately and walked me through a couple of things I could do to try to resolve the problem myself. He followed up in a couple of days and gave me a few more suggestions which resolved the issue. So thankful for his knowledge and patience. Two thumbs up....way up.

Personalized, professional and courteous service from Gord who replaced an old garage door opener, adjusted the door springs for optimal operation of the new unit, and explained regular maintenance of the the door hardware and tracks. It was a pleasure dealing with Gord and Capital Door Service!

We just used Capital Door Service for our double garage door when the torsion spring broke. I called them later that day and Gord the owner was at my front door the next morning. We are extremely happy with the service, he is very knowledgeable and friendly and definitely knows what he is doing! He installed a new spring and our garage door was working again in just over 30 minutes after his arrival. He also took the time to answer my questions and gave us preventative tips. We will definitely use him again for any future issues that may arise.
