This Starbucks is in a poor location, specifically the drive-thru. It's positioned towards the street entrance and is very very short, which means lineups of cars block the main entrance. Having driven by it many times and witnessed the line-ups, I thought going inside might be a better experience. It was not. The service is very slow since the focus is almost entirely on the drive thru and mobile orders. The iced coffee was at least made to standard so I will give them that. It's no fault of the staff, I think the layout and location of the drive-thru make this an inefficient and time wasting Starbucks.

Starbucks was great! Very much enjoyed our time in this restaurant. Barista made a few nice suggestions which we tried, and loved. Great environment!

I adore this starbucks!The serving girls are ALWAYS so kind! Their smile and talk are always a sunrise!The coffees and drinks are always on point and soo delicious!My favorites adored the caramel macchiato with whip cream and the Frapuccino cookie crumble drink!My husband adores the Vanilla Bean Frapuccino!We both also adore the sandwich made with a round crossant with cheese and bacon in it (it normally has eggs in it too but i get it take off because i like this sandwich without eggs). That sandwich is sooo yummy! It is probably too with eggs don’t get me wrong, heh!Their blueberry muffins are to die for! They are delicious!The prices are a bit expensive but i don’t mind paying a bit more for their food or drinks because they are « WORTH IT »!!!This place is THE STARBUCKS to go to!

Beware if you’re in a hurry, on more than one occasion I’ve waited 20 mins for a single drink. Brutal. The staff are super nice - I feel bad for them. Management needs to address the volume issue and better enable the team to meet the demand.

This Starbucks has the most wonderful staff. I go here 3 times a week for a Grande Pike Place either black or with Almond Milk. The staff are always friendly. They are understaffed sometimes as most places are right now, I have been apologized to for having to wait a few extra minutes. No need to apologize. Everyone needs to step back and put their life into perspective that waiting a few extra minutes for a coffee isn't ruining your day and these people are trying the best they can while still remaining sweet and friendly with customers. Everyone is doing a wonderful job there and I will keep coming back!

Avoid this location!! It took 16 mins to get an order, they messed up 1/2 the order, TOLD me to be patient because they're busy as I stewed in silence waiting, while they served 11 other people behind me in the meantime. I'll never come to this location again. Starbucks should be ashamed!!!

Pretty quiet Starbucks. I like that there wasn’t rows of laptops in the dining area, where people are usually the restaurant as an office. The staff at this location were very friendly and knowledgeable. Everywhere in the restaurant is clean, the washrooms and even the patio.

I was looking for a cup of Sumatra or Verona..neither were available?? I was talked into an Americana.. worst coffee I've ever had!

Staff are great and work hard but the store has just become a coffee depot. No character or ambience anymore. Can't even dress my own coffee. And who wants to buy food from pictures.
