Arian provides professional, efficient, objective, and non judgmental counselling services. I highly recommend Arian to anyone who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma or relationship concerns. The approach Arian uses is unique and individualized yet evidence based and informed. I've learned so much throughout my counselling journey with Arian and truly believe in my ability for change.
