Great Clips
We had to get our kids' haircut for picture day and our schedule was tight so we decided to try this location. We have tried other places in Barrie, and they seem to plug-and-play their own ideas with clippers. We were pleasantly surprised when we saw the stylists Nikki and Jenny talking to our kids, asking what they wanted. It was a great experience and we definitely recommend this location. The staff actually listens to the customer and that makes everyone happy.

This is the worst experience I have ever had. I took my 3 year old son to get a haircut today and as soon as we walked in the manager looked at my son in a very mean way and told him in a rude tone dont touch anything. I was upset and asked her not to speak to him like that. The conversation escalated, she got on the phone with someone who she claimed was the owner, she came back and said get out and you are not welcome here. I gladly left and took my business to Suzette where I was happy. I should have read previous reviews before going.To the owner: please read your reviews and get better staff.

First and last visit!! I took my son to get his hair cut and they completely destroyed it! She didn’t make any effort to do it evenly. I think she needs new glasses. As if the hair cut wasn’t bad enough she didn’t clean any of the hair off of him afterwards. Completely unacceptable!

First of all I love the app that allows me to get in the queue for a haircut before I leave home. It tells me my estimated wait time so I know when to leave home. The app also saves the stylists' notes about my most recent haircut so the current stylist knows what I probably will have done to my hair this time too. If I want changes the current stylist will update my notes for next time. As for most recent haircut my stylist was great as she listened to the changes I wanted to make and followed them exactly, and updated my notes. I love Great Clips in Innisfil, Ontario.

Great experience at great clips!We booked on tonight and the service was fabulous. My husband and 2 sons got a hair cut. Niki did a fabulous job with my 5 year old at the same time Lauria-anne took great care to make my 1 1/2 year old comfortable getting his hair cut. They took the time afterwards to laugh and make sure the kids had a positive experience. Thank you ladies, you did a fabulous job. We will be back again.

No experience at all, don’t even know what they are doing, don’t wanna mention her name, but she needs training for sure.It’s the worst haircut I have.Dont come to this place, do your research guys. I am from Windsor, comment down if you find any good place.Coz this sucks

I hate this place I took my son to haircut he cried a little bit and then she said she can not cut it because she's scared and then she doesn't have time to put extra time give him some relax time. But fully charged this is not right if they don't have patient to cut for kids they should have say or they don't do it for kids so we don't take it in first place. Only spent 10 mins. $22. Pls don't take kids there.

I downloaded their free app. And used the ready next option . It worked well. They were very busy .I had a great hair cut and they were very professional. The stylist’s here are wonderful with my entire family !Great job! I’ll be visiting Great Clips again!

Great Clips
One of the best great clips locations I have ever been to. The service was quick and very professional. One of the hairdressers there, her name was Niki, did a fantastic job with my haircut. 10/10 recommend for a reasonably priced professional cut.
