Got me in same day on an emergency when my regular vet in Carstairs couldn't, friendly and thorough, discussed treatment options with cost in mind and followed up after that week. Highly recommend! Treated Boo very well.

The staff are so compassionate and friendly. I had an emergency with my cat and even though they aren't an emergency clinic they were willing to help me. Unfortunately my cat didn't make it there, but they were so compassionate with me when I got there. They handled my cat with respect and kindness

This place is greatStaff were very nice and assertive. Fees are lower here than other places. They did their best to make my kitty feel comfortable and welcome. The checkup was very thorough and not rushed. Thank you!

Stuck with this vet because it’s where she was cared for when she was a pup.Once my dog needed to see a vet because of a potential broken tail, due to only one vet on staff and them being sick we had to seek treatment elsewhere.Our next experience I thought I’d booked an appointment for a kennel cough vaccine which was required by the trainer me and my dog desperately needed. When we arrived for the appointment they had no record I’d booked. Somehow I’d miss booked my appointment which I’ll take responsibility for, but instead of making even a small attempt to accommodate us we were sent home and told to get her vax elsewhere, they were clearly more concerned about getting to leave work on time then their patients needs.We certainly won’t be returning, and would never recommend this vet to anyone.

Amazing customer service and very thorough exams. I took my puppy in after she had been limping for a few days, they were able to get me in on the same day. The physical exam was very thorough, and it did not feel rushed at all. All the staff members were extremely kind and you could tell they loved what they do. I will definitely be coming back when needed, as well as recommending to my friends.

We’ve been there before with our other dog . Had a great experience. Returned just recently to get our puppy spayed. We ended up not getting her operated on cause they had concerns about her lymph nodes . They recommended bloodwork or to go ahead with the surgery BUT it was risky cause her lymph nodes were swollen slightly . Ok fine . I get it . Hubby went to pick up her shortly afterwards. The receptionist didn’t even acknowledge him entering the office . And when they brought our dog out she was not her usual happy , loving , excitable dog . For thé remainder of the day she was glued to us . It just didn’t feel like the care was there for our fur baby .We went to another vet who checked her over . We were told that puppies often will have slightly bigger lymph nodes around the neck and it’s hard to tell the difference between that and salivary glands . And they genuinely cared for herIdk just felt off . The whole thing .

Have always brought my dogs to Nagel Vet and I have always been treated very well, they take interest in our pets and the care is excellent. The vet and vet tech even came to our house when it was time to put our old dog down. It is never a good experience but they both made it a positive experience for our family...now that is caring.

Dr. Jordan Steedman and vet techs are absolutely amazing! They go above and beyond to ensure the health of both of my dogs and are always incredibly friendly and professional. One of my dogs has severe allergies and Dr. Jordan was the only vet that didn't just give up on figuring out how to help him him. Her treatments and recommendations have drastically improved his quality of life. As long as I am in southern Alberta I will never take my dogs to another vet.
