Excellent customer service! I opted to stay in my car . And the 2 ladies working on my car were great! Very personable and thorough.

Have serviced my vehicle several times at this location and they friendly and knowledgeable staff keeps me coming back. The service is quick and with a smile .

I went to this location for an oil change and to change my windshield wiper blades. After the service, I was not satisfied at all with the wiper blades, not sure what she did, but the blades kept touch each and hitting my windshield to a point that my husband got mad, and just bent the tip, and they stopped touching each other. Also, I barely used my car during the winter, and suddenly got a warning on my car dash board for an oil change again, in less than 3 months and honestly, I barely used the vehicle. Anyhow, the story continues when I used another Jiffy Lube for an oil change.

Best place to get your car serviced in Guelph. Wait times aren't too long. Exceptional customer service. All the staff are always educational and take good care of my vehicle each time I'm there.

Quick service! In & Out in no time! Bob and his colleague were super friendly, knowledgeable and very professional in their demeanour. Highly recommend for a oil change on the go although sometimes you may come across other options for the oil type but Synthetic Oil is better any day so be smart penny wise.

If I could give zero stars I would! I actually didn’t need to have my oil changed at all. They checked it and told me it was clean and still did the oil change. Charged me 130$ and told me that “now I was more educated” i didn’t need to do an oil change for another 2000 km I paid $130 to learn how to go into the menu on my car and check how to see when I need an oil change. They could have just told me beforehand!!! Just because I don’t know much about my vehicle since it’s brand new, doesn’t mean you should take advantage of people!!! I might not be educated in this area, but I know when I’m getting ripped off. Never going back to jiffy lube again. Used to go to them all the time. Horrible experience.

Everytime I come here I always leave in a better mood, They hire the most friendly and genuine workers, Anytime I come EVERYone in the shop is eager to make sure you’re happy and they always do an amazing job. These people are passionate and it shows! Definitely come here, dude even fixed my trunk! Shout out to Caleb!!!

I had an incident with my car. Pulled in to this Jiffy Lube. They weren’t able to help my problem. Had to push my car to the parking lot. Gave me the name of a mechanic who could help. The manager was at the end of his shift. He waited until I secured a tow truck and then drove me home. Every staff member was excellent!!! Thank you so much!!

Service x2 lately - changed to winter tires and recently an oil change. The best service ever! First a friendly service manager greeted me while in line to welcome me and let me know how long it would take - which was less than expected. In no time my tires were on - with wifi while I waited. A big surprise- 3/4 of staff were women that day. All cheerful and efficient. One great young guy who said he loved the job. I came back for an oil change recently and had the same amazing service. They must have good management that sets the tone and hires staff. I won’t go anywhere else from now on. Thanks to everyone at Jiffy Lube on Speedvale for keeping my car safe!
