My son's car was originally brought in to replace his ignition key. Since he didn't have a key to copy, they had to replace the parts for the ignition. When the car was brought in, they discovered that there were some recalls on the car. While fixing one of the recalls, they damaged a part in the steering column and it took 3 days to get the part to repair it.My son incurred expenses for lodging and food because of their mistake.When my son finally picked up his car, the back seat was littered with garbage and was stained very badly as though they had literally thrown all the mess in there.Worst experience ever and they didn't compensate for any of his extras. The original quote for the replacement of the key did not explain that there would labour cost on top of the price plus sales tax.I would never recommend this dealership ever!

I used to love this dealership. But as of late, the quality of both the service and the sale went down. The service tried to have work done on my boyfriend's car (expensive work) that were unecessary and the sales side also tried to lower ball the exchange value of his car. Overall very disappointed with the dealership. I suggested this place to my boyfriend and he used to love this place and the staff..but I am not sure if we are gona continue doing business with them.

Great customer service, very nice and accommodating staff. Called and emailed to constantly keep me up to date with the progress of my vehicle. Alexe works with both professionalism and kindness.

If you need servicing go somewhere else . They over charge and look for problems too solve. I bought my Kia in Montreal and had to service the brakes in Montreal or else Cowansville would charge 500.00$ They charged me 80,00$ just to have a look at it.

They say a lot of nice things when they are trying to sell you a car, but when you go back to make those promises come true, surprise! Nothing was true.

I have called kia cowansville Feb 13 and LEFT A MESSAGE at the service department and still no call back and I also text the guy ( Charles) who sold me my NEW car and still no response..
