Canada Post

I had to send back a package back to amazon.ca it was a small package and I figure I did not need a tracking number it's going back to amazon.ca Boy! was I so wrong!!! well some were between this post office & amazon.ca some one help there self and decide to help them selfs with my package & I was out of $100 + postage!!! I will never go to that post office ever again they have thieves that work there!!! Canada Post should do some kind of investigation on who works there because who ever does work there sooner or later they will get what's coming to them!!!

They revised schedule due to COVID, no updates on their official webpage or anywhere online. Just wasted a trip. See attached revised opening hours! Hate to go here all the way from Vancouver just because Kerr branch is over it’s capacity! Also now the line up to the canada post is store long. What smart person reduced the hours when all people do is shop online?!

This used to be the best post office in Burnaby. Not sure what happened. The lady manager or senior (mature) employee here has such a bad, lazy attitude this might be the reason.Many people have complained about the changes to their hours and the fact that even Canada Post's official website has the wrong hours. At this location they have a very unprofessional amateurish sign saying their hours are this. Fortunately, some Google user was successful in posting the change in hours. However, this manager refuses to contact Canada Post and have them change the hours. Such laziness and poor work ethics is unacceptable. Everyone should report her to Canada Post.

Mr. Davis, is very professional, express post thru Canada portal service is very fast,cost effective, responsible and time saving. He is very polite, humble and deserve to be upgrade to the Manager level.

Great, speedy service, would definitely recommend this Post Office to anyone who needs to send their documents or parcels to anywhere in the world. Some have complained about how the expedited, Xpresspost, or Priority services take longer than they should, but those reviewers should keep in mind that time frames due to COVID-19 are often arbitrary. Keep up the good work!

less people doing post here when I was here Dec 26. guy was very efficient when we did Amazon returns. see pics for update on schedule for the new year 2022

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. i sent a mail as a priority which i really need to send as emergency and they promised me it only takes max 2 days other wise next day and took 7 days i am very disappointed for what they have done to me they they messed up my papers.I will not use this post office again as i do not trust them any more i wouldn’t recommend to any one to use this place as well

It is inside London drugs. Great speedy service. The guy was nice enough to accept pre paid labels without any wait. I left my boxes and headed out.I would recommend highly, no lineup today. It’s in a big plaza, so you can run many errands at once.

Mr. Davis is very professional and helpful. Customer service oriented. Please continue excellent work. Good community service.
