Went to pick up a SIM card and the staff insinuated right away that I knew nothing about the process. Spoke condescendingly to my girlfriend and I. The moment I mentioned the setup had to be done online by a sales rep I'd been dealing with they practically threw the card at me and said Rogers doesn't know what they're doing over the phone

With great service comes great reviews! The smoothest wireless plan renewal and phone upgrade ever—thanks to JC who listened to our needs and got us everything we wanted. Friendly and knowledgeable, he took care of all the details, but, most importantly, got those screen protectors on flawlessly. :)

So I initially had quite a fiasco involving rogers. But in the end the in store staff exceeded my expectations. They made a bad experience turn into a great one. I 100% with confidence recommend this store. Awesome people here.

Store manager was super helpful and kind. We had an elder problem phone and he helped us out of that situation and even saved us some monies.Pretty impressed with the service.I'm kind of concerned about the customer survey laminated to the desk. If the custie doesn't give a solid 10, it's a fail? Really gross for rogers, very off putting. Capitalist monsters. That kept me up last night.But the store manager was great and I hope he finds a less fascist job in the future. I can't imagine having to live in fear of people's terrible judgement. He's too good for that. Humans in general deserve better.Do better, rogers.
