Vancouver Safety Surfacing was recommended by a friend. They were very prompt in visiting to provide a quote, which was reasonable in comparison to similar products.The installation team arrived early in the morning to add a rubberized top coat to our concrete rear yard patio. The work took under 3 hours to cover just under 300 SF.The instal team were all well dressed in a clean company logo uniform. They all wore protective (PPP) gear and had all the required equipment to complete the job without needing any help from me. Worth noting that they arrived in a newer model works van with the company name/logo displayed in graphics on the sides of the van. This does provide a highly professional look adding to the buyers confidence that they are reputable and focussed on their work.During the process of signing the contract, I paid a deposit and followed up with a few emails and text messages to ensure the work date etc. and to check on weather issues that may of impacted the work date. We changed our minds about the final colour and the sales rep. was very quick to re-visit and offer alternatives. They have always responded to every phone call and text, often within minutes.I highly recommend this company for their product, service and price. Ryan and his team are professional and with good communication. They done my driveway nicely and on schedule. I have one stepped collapsed by the mail guy , Ryan fix it for me free even that is not his responsibility. I am happy with Ryan ‘s work and Vancouver safety surfacing is definitely recommended

My wife and I were so impressed with every aspect of Vancouver Safety Surfacing. From the very first encounter with the quote to the end of the project. Ryan was awesome to deal with, he matched competitors pricing and was quick to reply. The team that came to prep and complete the installation were respectable, kind, and friendly. Not to mention the fact that the driveway looks AMAZING!!

Fast and efficient, nicest workers you could ask for and very clean. We just had our pool deck replaced and it only took 1 day! So excited for our new pool area. I put a before and after photo below.

Ryan provided great feedback during the quoting process as to how to prepare the surface for this material. This was very helpful and made for a smooth install by Ryan and colleague. Very happy with Ryan's guidance on selecting the correct colour red for this install. VSS was also promptly on time, completed the work as quoted and left the worksite clean. Great input was also provided as to protecting/cleaning the surface in the future.

In late June we had Ryan and his team resurface our deck space. Initially contacted them in April but due to our rainy weather and then our extreme heat wave we finally got the deck resurface! From the get go Ryan was super responsive and accommodating to our needs. He bent over backwards to ensure the job was done to meet our deadline. When they got on the job we experienced nothing but professional work ethics, courteous service. Their Covid protocols were on point! We have a very large deck and they finished it a day ahead of schedule!Our deck surface was a pebbled aggregate and badly cracked and sunken. We repaired and prepped the deck ourselves and Ryan assured us that once the surface was laid we would hardly notice any slight variation in the grade. He was correct!We are so happy with our new deck - we have had lots of activity on it since it was resurfaced and enjoying to soft surface - the grandchildren can run around safely without the worry of slipping on a wet surface!Can't say enough about the quality of work and the professional, personalized service we received from Ryan and his team. Would highly recommend him and his service.

We really love the look of our new driveway and stairs. Ryan was helpful from the very beginning, explaining the different options we had.
